今日同一班朋友飲野同食野，因為多人嘅關係，我哋可以試曬 set dinner menu的食物.食野之前緊係要叫番杯野飲啦1）1664 blanc好淸，好啱女仔飲2）豬扒好juicy,正3）雪魚好滑4）墨魚飯，好香

I had read about D18 in an article introducing new eateries in Quarry Bay. As I work around here and am always looking for new places to try, I suggested this place for lunch with a friend who also works in the area. Located on Hoi Kwong Street, there's no lack of competition for the lunch crowd with many different restaurants serving very different cuisine. The decor was new and modern albeit a bit dark and moody for lunch. The restaurant was fairly empty when we arrived as we were early. It was fairly small with ~20 seats which is comparable to other restaurants around here. They had these electronic dart boards towards the back of the restaurant. Seems like they are ready to cater to the happy hour crowd and aim to be a late night hang out spot as well?There were 6 choices for lunch ranging from $68$168 which changes weekly. Each dish comes with daily soup and drink as well. Our waiter recommended the mushroom fettuccine which was popular with the ladies because it was "healthier". Not sure about the healthy part, but we decided to heed his suggestion and picked another dish to share. Daily Soup the cream soup was a bit bland and watery, almost like canned soup. A piece of light toasted bread and salad was given as well. The salad was just lightly tossed with vinaigrette. Nothing special here.  Wild Mushroom Fettuccine in Porcini Cream Sauce ($88) fortunately, the mains were much better. The pasta was cooked nicely as it was firm and chewy. The mushroom sauce was rich and flavorful. Lots of vegetables like bell peppers and onions were present. The portions were huge and I could not finish all of it not because I didn't want to but there was just too much food. Duck Meat Risotto in Red Wine Sauce ($98) the risotto was also nicely cooked and creamy with sauce. The duck meat was tender while the red wine sauce wasn't that apparent. Again the portions were huge and we could not finish this either. Ice Coffee my ice coffee came with cream already added. The taste was just alright as the coffee taste wasn't strong enough.Overall, the main dishes here were pretty good for what it is. Initially, I was worried the food here would be HK style western food but it was much better than I thought. As the lunch menu changes weekly, I look forward to coming back and try more variety next time!

聖誕假期後想約一班朋友食飯，咁岩上網見到就去試下。

環境唔錯，我們8點食野傾計到10點再飲酒掟標至12點，服務員也很友善招呼，值得加分。

講番食物，我們叫哂五款set dinner 再加小食，其中墨汁帶子意粉及龍蝦汁海鮮意大利飯真的好好味，必試    先講墨汁帶子意粉, 賣相一看就見到黑黑的墨汁在意粉上, 味道有種香香的香草味, 帶子不會軟粑粑, 芳香入味。

分量適中, 如果大食的人, 建議叫多一個小食龍蝦汁海鮮意大利飯就是極品, 飯的質感幼滑, 龍蝦也算比出面的餐廳大隻, 最值得回味的就是個龍蝦汁, 熱辣辣量多且味濃! 分量岩岩好.但就真的太好味掛住食，忘記影相。

路過見到新餐廳,便入去試一試,是BAR RESTAURANT換左電話,忘記了對蕉.LUNCH SET由68168不等,今次食了個墨汁risotto,轉了青口菜湯較酸,也十分濃,菜就爽爽地,姐係D菜應該係後JOIN沙律菜用上杰一點的醋汁,味道清酸咖啡比較奶味重和滑,令我想起白咖啡,唔錯,也不太甜主角份量很多,青口有6隻左右,相信用鹽水煮,咸了一點,但襯番以墨汁為主的risotto就BALANCE番個味,因為墨汁雖然很RICH,但不算咸.這裡的墨汁下得很多,加上一些雜菜如青椒洋蔥放在risotto裡,十分足料,飯也很多若再加多一點上湯同煮,這個risotto就更美妙但98來講算唔錯,比個笑你
