烤 Are YouI’m fine. Thank you.Passed by this place a couple times and the roast chickens churning inside the grill were always so luring. Especially when the rotisserie oven lights are on at night.I went back twice so far to try different things out. The housemarinated “Bandit Chicken” (cumin) were the BEST! I got slightly embarrassed taking the bus with the chicken because they smelled so gooood.The chickens are marinated absolutely to the core. Pretty much all the fat is gone under the skin. Medium size chicken. Meaty, juicy and tender. Plenty of ma la side dishes to choose from. Their iced aloe rose lemon tea is refreshing also. I have nothing but good words to say about this store.The boss and the 2 ladies working there are enthusiastic and hospitable. Hope they’ll keep things up. Don’t compromise and surrender to the expensive rent and heartless landlords in Hong Kong.The wait time could be 1520mins. They’ll hand out tickets if the chickens are roasting. I usually go after lunch on a Sunday so not much of a wait.
