We went there for dinner and was excited that this Taiwan chain opened in HK. We went at 630 and no one was in there. We ordered a spicy hot pot set for each. As the restaurant was empty, the staff just "hovered" on top of you to wait for your order. Very uncomfortable.The food came. The spicy hot pot wasn't spicy at all.The beef was not appetizing at all. As a matter of fact, it didn't look like beef at all since it was pinkish colored with more fat than meat. We ordered other raw dishes as well and found that they were still frozen. We were very looking forward to our meal and enjoyed the concept very much but the quality has to improve.

麻辣鍋！聽到也興奮！這家新的店子，賣的是一人前麻辣火鍋（也有清湯湯底）。
每位點選自己的湯底、肉類（一款）、麵食，有基本蔬菜付上。
其他的額外加錢。
起初我想：『麻辣都有小、中、大辣可以選，不錯！』可惜這是我這晚唯一的一句正面評價...湯底還未到，侍應先拿來一大個湯碗... 碗內正是放著一人前的肉、菜、麵。
我要的是牛肉，精選牛肉。
而躺在我面前的，正是細小得可憐，但肥得恐怖的肥牛三塊。
那三塊的『肥美』程度，比煙肉更甚，肥膏部分超過一半... 好牛的我，心已經沉了一大半... 再望望整體份量，不比大X樂或大X活多，但我要付的是＄58（還要加一）...我心有不甘，追加一碟牛來看看。
結果，＄22 的價錢，換來六塊一樣『肥美』短小的『煙肉』，換來更大的失望...還未提起『驚人』的服務態度和速度... 點了魚滑沒有來，我已經特意跟『似乎』最醒目的經理說要取消，他也有叮囑廚房要取消，偏偏埋單時，『魚滑』二字還是要在單上出現...埋單，兩位＄58 + 一熱飲 ＄14 + 一涷飲 $17 + 追加的肥牛和不值一提的另外一碟，共＄200...算了吧，是對是錯，人生都總要嘗試過...喊臉，正是代表『一次就夠』 。
實話實說 如果此店不從頭到腳大改一次，夏天將至，相信會命不久已...
漫無目的地和女友在銅鑼灣行發現了呢間新開的打邊爐門口寫著$38可以埋單，重要一人一鍋，見佢無乜人便入去試下3種湯底揀一(麻辣、豬骨、清湯)4種主菜揀一(雜菜、豬肉、牛/羊肉、海鮮)3種主食揀一(鳥冬、拉麵、公仔面)再加送一d疏菜我叫左個小辣鍋，聞落就唔錯，但食落就無乜感覺女友叫了豬骨鍋，我唸俾清湯好一點主菜，揀左豬肉有3塊，同牛肉有3塊其他配料由$14 $2x一碟我即係記得我叫左以下，黎到覺得好後悔粟米5薄片要$1x將5舊砌埋，都應該只有半條5隻細生蝦要$22 真係好細隻，不過應該都有10cm既凍豆腐5舊$1x唔靚既西生菜$145隻水餃$18應該係係超市買既急凍野係就係一人一鍋，不過d冷氣同抽風唔夠，我帶眼鏡既，就好似係仙境入面食野同埋唔明點解要用咁多射燈，好熱呀
