1 September 2006 (Fri) 晚飯同個朋友大家各自ot完，黎呢度食晚飯，我自己就第一次黎，佢就第四次黎，由於佢之前幾次黎都幾好印象，所以叫我黎下，但係佢今次就覺得好差，所以未必會再黎，而我自己則覺得都OK唔錯！我叫咗個$148既什錦魚生飯定食，我個friend就叫咗一客牛肉烏冬同一客三文魚刺身！個魚生飯都好大碗下，上面舖滿晒什錦魚生，好開心，睇落都幾唔錯，食落就固之然可以～～　我個friend既烏冬都ok！佢唔鍾意既並唔係食物，係坐位，因為佢每次黎都有卡位坐，而今次就冇，因為個manager 同waiter解釋咗好多次卡位係非吸煙區，所以我哋坐唔到嗰度，但係我個friend黎過四次都係坐卡位而又可以食煙，所以佢好不滿！而我哋個位又勁光，本想話坐低傾下偈有氣氛啲，但係咁光都真係幾唔舒服！最慘係我哋每次都會坐得好耐，今次我哋亦係最後一枱走，所以坐唔到好位又的確令人幾唔開心既！但我都係要講，食物質素都算唔錯～～

set dinner costs around hundred & fifty (with disc card), dessert included.not much choice & also fixed everyday but most quite good quality.for chops, i only tried kurobuta (black hog) in 2 places in hk.the one here is definitely to be recommended.with black pork, i dare to try medium well.portion is generous, a big piece & not too thin cut.lovely to be served attached to the bone with some fat between, when actually the best part is meat & fat adjacent to bone.doing fairness to its name, the black pork is meaty, abundant in flavour, good texture yet v juicy which like one enjoying a steak.the cooking style of grill with not much sauce brings out extra flavour & taste.black angus is available which also good & worth trying esp at this price (thinking of >$500 charged in grill room in hotels though of course better grade) but not as outstanding as pork, & we fight for latter ignoring former.remember this pork also avail as combination in french set but boneless, size tenderness & juiciness also differs alot.the french set is also bargain at two hundred something (cant remember if it's for 2) with lobster soup, foie gras, choice of combination of steak kurobuta or half lobster.food good but not surprising except the dessert platter.reasonable to believe one gourmet guess below that chef used to work in 5 star hotel.the platter consists of abt 6 small ones, but each of different types tastes & colour with some specialities & varieties different each time.ingredient incl coffee chocolate fruits cheese nuts etc, forms incl sorbets icecream mousse jelly hard & soft cakes creme brulee etc.once we leave a mousse or cakelook alike till the end only to find with surprise it's actually homemade icecream.hope this platter could be avail for other sets like black pork set.besides, chirashi bowl also worth trying esp during lunch which costs abit more than half of dinner, though captain said ingredients used r different.go early if u wanna try sashimi lunch bowl as limited supply.sashimi used not most expensive one but abundant & surely v fresh (captain claimed they hv air delivered fish twice per day), telling juz fr peony prawn.the prawn no sticky feeling at all but v sweet & flesh firm.if sold out, u may try sushi set, with some expensive & creative sushi like mixed uni minced toro salmon roe etc.as for environment, ceiling is high & not many ppl so quite quiet & comfortable.

上星期朋友請食LUNCH,佢揀左呢度,食物味道都OK啦,當日order左羊架為主菜既午餐,有蕃茄忌簾湯,幾好飲啦,有餐茶,甜品係芝士蛋糕不過麻麻,有八五折,唔知夜晚D水準如何呢

早前阿J同2位同事又再去時代食lunch,食左:洋蔥湯:味道幾好,有好濃烈洋蔥味,配蒜茸包,不錯肉醬意粉:味道ok,如再加芝士焗耐少少會更好龍脷柳配薯菜:幾好薑汁蛋白:一般,好似食緊辣辣地既布甸最後多謝同事P請我,Thank you very much!

呢間野唯一優點就係環境夠晒靜(因無客只得幾檯)！食品好一般(無甚特別)！服務亦麻麻！最激氣是House Wine唔好飲之餘仲要食水好深！(因我個做紅酒批發的朋友話支酒黎貨好平肯定唔會超過38元！但佢而家一杯都收人成6578元)可惜我朋友喺我Order左杯紅酒之後先黎到，如果唔係我一定唔會叫！最慘係！食食吓勁大陣雪茄煙味飄過黎！我地已經係坐喺非吸煙區喇!果個好似係老細咁樣既阿叔(後尾證實佢\係)，一條友坐喺吧檯前面張檯，係咁吹Ｄ煙過黎，搞到我地一食完連計都唔傾就即刻埋單走人，所以...如果受唔到雪茄味就千期唔好黎呢度食野喇!總括而已？收人咁既價錢？比D咁既質數？我睇呢間野都係捱唔到幾耐喇！ps:而我和我朋友亦都100%肯定唔會再黎呢間野幫襯囉。
