Usually this place is always packed and there’s always a long queue outside. We decided to try our chances today since it was a rainy weekday. Arrived at around 1:30pm and the restaurant was half empty. We were told there’s a dining time limit of 90 min reasonable enough! We ordered two sweet pancakes to share. Honestly we found it nothing special. Maybe we just don’t know how to appreciate these souffle pancakes? By the time we left the restaurant was full again and a queue started to form. I guess even though we thought the pancakes were nothing special, there are still a lot of people who do (and are willing to queue for it!) By the way, there’s a minimum order of one item per person, but it doesn’t have to be pancakes, a drink is fine as well.
Personally, I do not think A Happy Pancake is that worth the hype. We lined up for around 20 minutes. I would recommend sitting outside in the balcony as it got a nice view (but there are lots of mosquitoes!!). Another thing I need to highlight is that each person needs to buy something. Hence the four of us ordered a cup of coffee and 3 pancakes:happy pancake $108pancake with seasonal fruits $138 pancake with banana & chocolate sauce $123Out of the three, I like happy pancake the best. Simple but delicious. I would have to say the pancake itself was not as scrumptious. The texture is very airy and light 👍 but it tasted really eggy in comparison to other soufflé pancakes. It honestly felt like I was just eating an egg. Take note that the chocolate sauce is dark chocolate, so if you do not like dark chocolate that much, you may want to order another one. The staff told us that we might have to wait 40mins for the pancakes to arrive, but luckily we only waited for 10mins. The service was excellent. Overall, it is the taste and the price of the pancake that kinda threw me off. But I have to say, the plating is amazing and very appealing!!
一講幸福每人都想要，努力去爭取，這裡能夠可以用錢，用時間換嚟嘅45分鐘幸福，潛意識上日本來已經好嘢，裝修日式西化，空間感大，座位與座位間距離寬闊。
上枱班戟彈吓彈，像浮牀，漲滿圓形，熱騰騰，看上去，軟綿绵，因預知應該的質感及口感，無失望亦無驚喜，但真實放在面前，都令人愉快感，原味有個球形白色物體，以為雪糕，口感似忌廉，有人說海盐牛油，餐牌寫麥盧卡蜜糖牛油，但我吾覺得~不甜不咸不油，只幼滑。
人類對圓形物體特別喜歡，乜球乜波，都喜歡玩，再加上白雪雪。
蛋香四溢，一片薄荷葉，黃啡白綠顏色，倒出琥珀色焦糖，又一次溫暖心靈。
其實蛋香，古祖蛋糕都有同樣效果，假如將其美化是否有同樣幸福感？奶茶班戟 配自家製穀麥， 奶茶醬~ 煉奶溝奶茶， 好甜， 蘋果肉桂穀物， 我最鍾意食肉桂但係食唔出， 蘋果乾幾粒，唔講唔知， 鮮忌廉， 對我嚟講我無研究，我因不喜歡食忌廉， 無味得過滑，不油，我接受。
埋單惠$265，紫微話無下次，要企係到等半小時，時間體能犧牲，感受不到幸福，每人要求不同，佢只要無小人，有馬贏；我就有新野，靚個隻，不花錢，仔女……加上健康！
星期六，日都大排長龍，梳乎里班戟即叫即整，餐牌上有不同味道選擇，有鹹有甜。
等了又等，期待的班戟終於出爐，濃郁的蛋香味，果然沒有讓我們失望。
鹹點一定比甜點失色架喇，但係俾唔食甜點既人多個選擇，唔係一件壞事。
食原味Happy Pancake 好幸福，牛油cream加manuka honey 神奇地有焦糖味，pancake輕盈岩晒食完飯黎食個甜品，但好貴貴，min charge 每人嗌一樣野，所以點了 pancake 和美顏排毒茶。
