Originally I was excited to find out there's a MIX in the Times Square...however, after 2 visits, I would never come back to here again.Food and drinks are pretty much the same as other locations, however, the service is absolutely horrible! Both of my visits I waited for about 15 min for my drinks, as it wasn't even that crowded!!There was a server called Belle, OMG, she was really Belle from hell. Not that only she has dirty fingers (which watching her making the drinks), she made the customers waited for so long while she was running her own schedule.... Attitude is definitely the worst I have seen, black face, throwing money to customers, slow motion, no thank you or anything. I reckon she definitely need some basic training 101 for customer servce, queue mgt and hygeiene. For me paying that amount of money to get this kind of service and treatment, please go somewhere else people.

星期日下午與朋友地又熱熱地, 坐下飲杯果汁.排我前面是中東遊客, 可能店員不太懂他們的accent, 晦氣十足. 人地之後問佢拿spoon je, 大聲地喝"over there!"ordered pineapple juice ($24), 給了$30, 她收錢後轉過身搞其他野...(waited for 20s)她轉身, 好surprised 我仲係樹, 我話未找錢, 她掉比我...+_+"杯juice 3/1都係泡... 味道像罐頭.香港是旅遊遊客之都嗎?
