Had a roast salmon and mango wrap from here, it has quinoa, kale and avocado in it. Taste very healthy, raw, the sourness of mango together with creamy sweet avocado goes well together. It’s very fillingI love the fillings, but the wrap thing has some sourness taste to it, prolly from the yeast which doesn’t suit my taste.

Located outside a pure gym at lee theatre the take away offers juices smoothies salads and wraps this isnt a place you would find unless you came to the gym. I got a salad : pumpkin hummus and quinoa, felt fresh and healthy and surprisingly quite filling. The pumpkin was sweet and soft. The accompanying sauce was creamy and went well with the crunch of the quinoa. Also got a protein shake which was light and not too thick which was pleasant.

初次認識宜間nood food係係朗豪坊7/F既pure fitness counter，佢啲wrap大大份真係好吸引，好岩做完gym食。
今次買左roast beef with cucumber salsa。
首先講下個皮，鍾意wrap的我對塊皮真係有執着，宜塊皮真係就咁撕出泥食都覺得正，有麥味，又不會死乾淨淨！焗完仲會脆！到啲肉，我只能形容佢係一「疊」肉Lolll 好足料，好爽皮。
你見佢一個開左二，其實一餐食1/2已經full左！所以$58係兩餐了！抵啦🤪可以睇埋佢營養標籤，幾靚仔的！(一個wrap有355g啊)
