AMC Admiralty place does not care for its customer. Had an issue here but got a quick email reply fobbing me off. Sent 5 emails to try and get matter resolved properly all were ignored. Then telephoned and spoke to Julie she refusedto connect me with a manager but promised a callback which never happened. Rubbish customer care. Management ignore issues and do not take responsibility for problems that occur and treat customers who complain as if they did not exist and just delete their emails.

Thanks to OpenRice, godbro XO won 2 tickets to the movie, Burnt, and he said that he would take me to see the movie with him if I didn't win tickets from my reviews.  He reluctantly chose AMC Pacific Place to see the movie as there were only a few cinemas showing the movie by the time he received the tickets, and AMC's showtime was the only one that was convenient.  Godbro has had a pretty bad experience with the snack counter at AMC before as stated in his review from 2009.  But, since it's been a few years, he decided to give it another shot, and it's kind of hard not to get some snacks when godsis is munching next to him!We got to the cinema about 15 minutes before the movie started, and we went to the snack counter to see what's available. We were hoping to get our favorite chocolate popcorn, but that's no longer offered.We were both eyeing the nachos even though the nachos set is way overpriced at $70, but we agreed that AMC Pacific Place is an upscale cinema, so overpriced food is expected.Then, we saw that they were offering turkey and chorizo sausages, which were new to both of us.  So, we decided that I would order the nachos set, and godbro would order the 2 Euro sausages combo, so we could split the food and each have a soft drink.I have had Ricos chips before that smelled stale, but I thought it was an isolated incident, but once I opened this bag of chips, it had the same stale smell.  The chips didn't taste stale, but the smell is a little offputting. Godbro decided to have the turkey sausage, and I chose the chorizo sausage.  Once he opened the bag, we were quite astonished by the dismal size of the sausages.The chorizo sausage was a little dry, and it was quite spicy.  It wasn't too different from the Johnsonville sausages that you can buy from the supermarket, so I think I'd just order a regular hotdog next time.AMC Pacific Place lived up to its reputation of overpriced snacks.  I would probably shy away from the nachos and Euro sausages next time and go back to my regular pickhotdog.  But at the end of the day, the movie is always the main reason to go to the cinema.

早前，收到Openrice送贈的「超級選拔戰」戲飛。

原打算六月中約摯友放工後去九龍塘睇，誰知，該處沒有上映。

翻查後，始知上映戲院極少，大多只有一日一場，時間多為正午時份，頗難遷就的。

昨晚，從網上得知金鐘太古廣場AMC仍有上映，就即時約Cc星期天一六看戲嘆冷氣去。

戲院小食部遠比其他的為大，零食種類也較多。

我哋決定買一份細爆俗套餐$64來share，邊睇戲，邊飲汽水、咬爆谷，最佳享受也。

Cc揀了雀巢檸檬茶，以及焦糖爆谷，份量也不賴，足夠兩個人食。

Cc見小妹請睇免費電影，就爭著賣單，表示要出豉油喎。

只見紙袋中，白色和啡色爆谷各半，白色仍沒有沾上焦糖的爆谷，除了少量鹹味外，顯得淡而無味。

相反，啡色的爆谷沾滿了香甜脆口的焦糖，咬下脆卜卜，甜魔小妹大愛也。

奈何，稍嫌爆谷較為細碎，部份爆俗更有未完全爆開之嫌，一小粒一小粒的，未能滿足口腹之慾也。

到AMC睇戲一定吾會錯過chocolate popcorn,皆因新鮮熱辣,香濃的朱古味更加無法扺當!不過有時popcorn會有流氣現象,會變得吾夠鬆脆,要食到好味popcorn就要靠你彩數,overall,都有笑面,好味過popcorn monster!

首先要多謝open rice送2張意外既戲飛比我!!! 星期日原本約左Daddy Mommy去睇意外，我重早一日去爸爸最鍾意既AMC 太古廣場戲院換飛買定多張飛。

點知媽媽星期日病左去唔到所以就請左個Auntie去睇。

爸爸好期待因為佢覺得AMC 太古廣場戲院係最靚，最舒服同最衛生既。

不過去到唔夠10分鐘戲都未睇，佢同我都已經好失望講真一句都預左唔會平，因為間戲院真係比到你一個好高級既享受，不過今次真係食到一肚氣事關我地早15分鐘去排隊買小食。

佢好喜歡食熱狗，見到食物部放左6款唔同既腸係個爐就已經話要食豬肉腸熱狗。

我地去買野食時就要個二人套餐（包兩杯飲品，一個爆谷，一個熱狗，好似係HK$85 因為太嬲唔係好記得)同一個熱狗餐。

個女仔就好以唔知自己做跟乜咁我爸爸就好心叫佢搞左個二人套餐先（因為比較複雜），係一杯可樂，一杯檸檬茶走冰，一個普通熱狗，一個朱古力味爆谷。

到個熱狗餐時，就要個豬肉腸既熱狗。

依個時候個女仔先話我地知豬肉腸係唔跟包既我地三個真係Ｏ哂嘴，我地都三個都係第一次聽到戲院有熱狗賣，有唔同腸單獨賣，但係六款腸當中只有三款係跟包，佢解釋話嗰三款特別腸個size唔同，係特別大，佢地個包唔match咁都得??? 咁我爸爸就問可唔可以加錢買個包，佢就話唔得bor...我地就覺得好出奇，我地就硏究點叫，佢就話如果你一定要個包就加HK$10!!! 我爸爸就話唔使啦浄要條豬肉腸 (一條腸都要HK$20)。

我就乜都唔食唔飲以示不滿!!!好啦，我地買完等入場既時候就開始食熱狗同腸。

爸爸就好欣賞條豬肉腸，不過我Auntie 就話佢個熱狗就＂還可以啦＂。

入場後佢地食爆谷時叫我試試，因為我地係叫朱古力味，但係食落去就全無朱古力味，只有甜味（caramel?），食到中間重要係牛油同咸味我地既結論：一係個女仔比錯，一係就其他人入錯而且係溝左兩個非朱古力味道一齊... 點都好我地三個一致對個爆谷及 AMC 太古廣場戲院小食部徹底失望!!!
