今天和好友閒遊金鐘太古廣場，到了Caviar House 停下來望一望餐牌，完全被魚子醬吸引眼球，沒有猶豫就進入餐廳了🍴寧靜的環境，配上點點法式🇫🇷風情，很舒服😌他們提供all day special menu, 亦有tea set, 多元化展示魚子醬的配搭。

我們選擇了每日新鮮空運來港的龍蝦🦞由龍蝦濃湯＋魚子醬三文魚＋主菜龍蝦蕃汁蒟蒻麵＋甜品，層次感豐富；順帶一提, 他們的自家製🍋檸檬蜜糖沙律汁，配搭一流😋完全大滿足🈵️服務員態度親切，下次行開PP, 一定要再去👍

​重陽節三天連假第一炮🤜🏻🤛🏻​魚子醬初體驗😂​兩人各吃一個午餐​先來麵包配周打魚湯（圖5及6）​向來對周打魚湯沒太大好感​總是帶一點點魚腥味😖​這裡沒有這種味 反而充滿海鮮的鮮味​湯中帶有很多蟹肉😋​​喝過湯後 就吃鵝肝多士配沙律（圖3及4）​起初以為鵝肝多士只有一小件​原來有三件😱立時覺得這個午餐性價比不錯😅​鵝肝比鴨肝香純得多 配合陳醋果凍​除了中和鵝肝的油膩感 同時提升鵝肝的味道​沙律🥗拌勻帶有蜜糖的醬汁​微甜的味道消除鵝肝的油膩感​同時打開食客的胃口🤤​​主菜每人一款​他吃的是Taichi risotto （圖1）​魚子醬三文魚子意大利飯​魚子醬有鹹香 質感Creamy​三文魚子不過不失​配上帶有蟹肉的意大利飯​三種層次 不知如何形容☺️​​我吃的是龍蝦蕃茄蒟蒻麵​（圖2）龍蝦的確很新鮮 肉質爽口彈牙​味道略帶烤焗的香味😋​蒟蒻麵雖深深吸收了蕃茄汁的味道​麵質仍然爽口 當中附有蟹肉​蟹肉之多有時以為自己吃麵🤣​下次有機會可以轉吃龍蝦湯意大利飯​愛龍蝦的朋友應該會吃得高興😊​​最後以☕️Cappuccino配上朱古力作結🍫​（圖7）​😌初體驗完滿結束😂​

由朋友介紹到這家位於太古廣場的西餐廳午膳，並且慶祝我生日。

這餐廳位於太古廣場三樓的一角，位置不顯眼，較有私隱度。

這裡的佈置以藍色為主，餐具整齊地擺放在桌上，由於是新春的關係，有一些賀年的飾物。

餐牌印刷精美，有三款午餐，店員亦落力推介美食，十分親切。

先來了餐湯和麵包。

餐湯是海鮮周打蜆湯，湯煮得濃稠，每一啖都有海鮮，包括蟹肉帶子和蜆肉，十分豐富。

餐湯溫度高，在寒冷的天氣下，驅走了寒意，是一種享受。

餐前麵包是烘焙過的法包，香脆可口。

接著是頭盤法國普尼耶魚子醬伴芝士新薯，賣相吸引，擺放得十分精緻。

魚子醬滑不溜口，充滿鹹香。

薯仔用芝士煮過，味道濃郁。

但如果把魚子醬和薯仔同時放入口，味道不太夾。

主菜選了普尼耶魚子醬北海道帶子蒜片欖油蒟蒻麵，四顆大大粒的帶子，表面鋪了魚子醬，中間放了蒟蒻麵，是一種視覺享受。

帶子煎得半熟，維持了軟滑的口感，肉質腍身而甜美。

配了魚子醬，味道夾得天衣無縫。

第一次吃蒟蒻麵，麵條煙韌，口感特別。

當日是新春假期，只有我們一枱客人，環境寧靜，方便傾談，享受了一個悠閒的中午。

侍應們熱情有禮，令我們賓至如歸。

整體環境、食物和服務達到高水平，值得推介。

I have recently spent quite a large amount of money medically and am quite depressed. I have therefore decided to spend my hard earned money to entertain myself rather than sending them the doctor's way.Today I have treated myself a lovely caviar lunch in order to please myself. Here's the menu. My main course was Lobster with Risotto.In fact Caviar House and Prunier has a retail shop at Pacific Place, but they have a small restaurant attached to it. They have only four 4person tables, but I want the fifth one which is towards the entrance of the shop so I can see more products and people. The have also a coffee bar so you can simply go there and enjoy a cup of coffee. Seafood Chowder 海鮮周打蜆湯For the entire lunch, presentation is perfect, service is friendly, I am fully satisfied. But for individual dishes, I still got some comments. As for the soup, there were different descriptions between English and Chinese. English says "Seafood Chowder" but Chinese says  "海鮮周打蜆湯". First, 50% of the soup was potato. I don't mind adding potato to chowder but not to that extent. Second, I could sense something from the sea but unable to tell what they were. Finally, the Chinese version says "蜆", but I didn't think there were any.Prunier Caviar (10 gr.) served with Parmesan cheese new potato法國普尼耶魚子醬(10克)伴芝士新薯Caviar is the super star because I came here for it. I liked it and I enjoyed it, especially in a very nice fine dining restaurant. Potato was also fresh, soft and well done, no complaint at all. But what about cheese? I didn't see or smell any? Something wrong with me or with the dish? Well, I don't know!Garlic Gratinated fresh Boston Lobster served with Risotto in shell fish sauce蒜蓉牛油火炙波士頓龍蝦(半隻)意大利飯Now, here comes the main course my very favourite lobster and risotto. Making risotto at home is very time consuming and requires good cooking skills, so I'd rather prefer to eat at restaurants. The risotto is cooked with lobster sauce, very very very well done and delicious! And of course the main super star the lobster is very fresh, delicious and nicely presented. It's simply perfect!!The lunch set was wrapped up with coffee of my choice (Latte) and served with a piece of chocolate. Perfect lunch! It made me much happier after spending such a big amount of medical expenses.
