Booked a table for 2 on Saturday at 5pm. Well, probably they live in a parallel world with booming economy, and was offered a table in front of the toilet. No other option except from bar table.
I visit Saint Germain frequently as the food is always good amazing and comforting. They change their menu each season highlighting foods appropriate for the time of year. I highly recommend the beef which is always prepared perfectly for the temp requested. With that said, the typical HK mediumrare isnt the same as the mediumrare you would see served typically in Hong Kong. So, if you want the HK mediumrare, order medium. You must also try the truffle ravioli. Tiny ravioli that pack a punch of flavor! The roasted chicken, when on the menu, is delicious. Those are just a couple of items regularly on their menu. With that said, I can't recall a time when I have had a bad meal here. If you have not already tried Saint Germain, you must give it a shot!
一班朋友聚會，有人提議到跑馬地一間法國餐廳，午餐有多款選擇，價錢亦唔貴，我們一行九人，點了五個套餐，另外再單點一些食物互相配搭，一起分享。
面包 外脆內軟。
慢煮田雞腿 從來未食過這麼嫩的田雞腿。
布拉塔芝士蕃茄沙律配黑醋汁 布拉塔芝士 Mozorella cheese 的一種， 但味道比較濃郁，分量也十足。
藜麥沙律 酸酸味味，好開胃，非常清新嘅一道菜。
墨魚沙律 墨魚新鮮爽脆，好醒胃。
芝士白汁意大利雲吞 有好香濃芝士味。
羊肚菌意大利飯 味道濃郁，但法國餐廳煮意大利嘢都係爭少少，啲飯都系稍嫌過熟不夠嚼勁。
蝦球茄汁闊條麵 配 鮮蘆筍 都唔錯。
肉醬闊條麵 個肉醬非常好味，但闊條麵就太淋身。
番茄意大利飯 味道一流，但也是不夠咬口。
牛側腹肉 烤薯菜 肉身夠厚，牛肉煎得好香口，配濃郁胡椒芝士汁，正！煎龍脷柳配薯菜 相當好味。
蘋果撻加雪糕 看圖吧，不用多說，非常出色。
香草法式燉蛋 果然係法國餐廳出品，不同凡響，幼滑可口，相當美味，完全唔漏。
跟餐咖啡 可選意大利泡沫咖啡，都相當有水準。
星期五下午有事，難得來到跑馬地、叫上港島的朋友出來Happy Hour 一下。
感覺上我已經有N 年沒有去Happy Hour 了。
連半杯紅酒喝了都頭暈。
😩朋友選了這家道地的法國餐廳。
我們來的早，4:30pm 還沒有很多人下班、所以餐館並不是很忙，服務員的態度很和氣。
到了5 點多，基本上Bar area 都坐滿人了。
比較多歐洲人來這裡聚。
坐下來 Happy Hour 總得喝一杯酒，選了一杯法國的紅酒 Grenache, 可能是太久沒喝酒了，覺得不太適應。
只可以小小口品嚐，免得出醜。
要不是酒量有限，40港幣有一杯酒喝真的很划算，應該多喝幾杯。
今天點了一份salad，一份 Starter。
個人覺得Sea Bass Cappaccio 上來的時候很美、食材也新鮮。
剛上來的時候，還有點不捨得吃掉的感覺。
跟上來的麵包，熱呼呼的、應該是剛剛烤出爐的，好香脆喔！不過Salad 的味道比較重口味。
中間的Cheese，並不是我的最愛。
但是裡面的ham 超好吃的。
或許法國的Cheese 味我不習慣吧。
這個餐館是一家年輕朋友下班喜歡來聚會聊天的地方。
Reminds me of the TV show “Friends”.音樂很輕鬆，很休閒。
感覺好像到了歐洲某個小鎮的餐館。
希望有機會再回來試試他們其他的主菜。

Didn't like any thing the chicken breast the presentation looks like is in a puddle. Coke was mix with water not real coke. Environment was uncomfortable to sit in as the seat are awkward. I do not recommend going there specially not for dating.
