上午上完視像課堂，同阿女裏來到觀塘行街Shopping, 對自己好一點，對家人都好一點，吃個靚午餐才去商場作戰，這餐廳 好抵食，full set lunch，有湯有包，最後仲有甜品送。

午餐好多選擇，牛、羊、豬、魚......，頭盤可以選擇沙律或餐湯，當然我們兩樣都想試，所以各點一個。

紫薯忌廉湯~顏色已經好吸引，質地又香又滑，味道甜甜的紫薯湯一定要試。

無論湯或沙律都會跟蒜蓉包，正呀！韓汁沙律(微辣)~車厘茄、紫椰菜、生菜、泡菜等等，最開心食到有獨特味道的火箭菜。

日式鰻魚玄米茶漬飯~近排想吃鰻魚好耐，今日遇上午餐有，好開心，香濃茶湯浸住粒粒珍珠飯，大大件厚身鰻魚，灑上紫菜碎，賣相已經相當吸引，這個配搭第一次嘗試已經愛上了。

澳洲黑安格斯肉眼牛扒( 配牛肝菌燒汁) ~點七成熟，廚師果真有料到，好準確，唔會太生，肉質嫩滑，十分juicy。

仲有新鮮熱辣辣炸起的薯條。

午餐飲品，凍檸茶及咖啡，糖漿的份量可按自已喜好隨意添加，忌廉/奶是暖的，好貼心。

最後，餐廳送上每人兩件甜品，朱古力brownie及忌廉泡芙，為今天這個午餐劃上完美的句號。

Came here on a Monday night, at about 730 it was packed and very lively. Customers are mostly young and energetic. The vibes in this place is very good. Once you enter the restaurant there is a station set up for you to sensitize your hands. Really great in these uncertain times. This place serves a mix of western and japanese food. I had the soup and salad to start. The soup I had is a pumpkin soup and it was nice and smooth. The salad is dressed in a Japanese sesame dressing. For the main course I had the pasta with spicy mussel and grilled pork shoulders. The pasta is a very nice surprise of the night. The sauce is very fragrant and spicy. The garlic and pepper really compliments the shell fish very well. The pork shoulder is very tender it’s is grilled very very well. At the end of this meal there is a small dessert platter which is a very nice ending to a great night eatting out.

係觀塘區返工既我 成日見到openrice 有唔少推薦觀塘工廈既樓上餐廳今天中午約了朋友聚餐， 帶咗我去 ' Bella Shine' 見佢係觀塘開左咁耐鋪，openrice comment 都好好睇返餐廳位置勁方便， 穿過港貿中心過對面就係啦 朋友一早訂左位，因為我地係食lunch 12點已經到左 第一台客人所以好快有得入座餐廳氣氛較暗而幽暗中又帶點氣氛 好有情調 環境真係十分唔錯!Lunch Set 有得揀daily soup or salad 我地同時揀左南瓜餐湯唔算好濃郁，湯身比較水 帶少少甜， 如果有得重南瓜味 我會中意d (ps有埋 南瓜肉就更perfect !)再加埋法式蒜蓉包 包身焗得香脆 蒜蓉比例重 但又唔會over左 size食洛又岩岩好 就咁食都好香脆!因為係跟blogger 搵食 所以blogger餐 係沙律同餐湯二選一，今日同沙律無緣 下次再試 main course 揀左香煎盲曹配燒汁跟薯蓉 盲曹份量都幾大塊 魚皮煎得好脆 又香口 油脂分布得十分唔錯 薯蓉好似一球雪糕咁 比例睇得好小 但食哂就超飽肚 又唔覺好肥 正 , 加埋有配菜西蘭花同火箭菜 食洛口 好fresh 午市套餐附送2件蛋糕 平時其他套餐通常只會送一件，但係喱到好好送兩件，cheesecake一向係我Fav!

呢日係附近整頭之前嚟咗呢度食個lunch先放lunch時間都幾多人不過好在餐廳都幾大，位置都唔少午餐set lunch都幾多選揀指定時間仲有折扣跟餐咖啡，夠香濃幾好飲跟餐沙律菜都好新鮮另外仲有一塊蒜蓉包我揀咗B餐嘅野菌什菜千層麵調味醬汁用咗蕃茄汁同忌廉味道香濃得嚟又唔會過咸調味做得啱啱好上面係芝士面焗到有啲焦香，食落夠曬香口惹味夾埋千層麵一齊食好正裡面除咗好多香菇野菌，仲有洋蒽同翠肉瓜整體感覺健康得嚟味道都好好

Bella Shine has always been one of my favorite dinner place at kwuntong!鹽麴法國燒春雞配蜜糖芥末燒汁 $178A very hearty roasted chicken dish that none could resist!It was very generous in portion, especially the honey custard sauce wrapped around the chicken that gave it a pungent twist!Perfect seasoning!This salad was a great choice!Plentiful of crab meat and salad dressings were luscious!松葉蟹肉沙律配胡麻汁 $88A sweetooth like me could never leave without desserts!This lava green tea toast was EPIC!Heavenly!!!!Really loved the green tea lava wrapped inside heated toast! 流心綠茶多士伴雪糕 $78
