awesome poke in town!customised my bowl and tried a mixed salad plus brown rice as the base and tofu as the proteintoppings were generous we have cucumber, red bell peppers, edamame, purple cabbage, avocado and mixed nutsquite unique and refreshing to have fruits as well, i recommend kiwi or pomegranatelots of customisation for toppings and sauces, or could order pre designed bowls and choose your own base (sushi rice, brown rice, salad or mixed) staff are very friendly and service is quick, even during peak hours!great value and taste overall

the point of takeaway on the app is to provide a fast delivery but today is not the case. I have been ordering many times from this restaurant before and have often diahhorea from their salmon. but that's fine as the salad is otherwise well made. but today I can't stand this restaurant anymore.I order via openrice app. usually it takes only 1 min for this restaurant to accept orders. today I waited 10 minutes . fine, maybe you are busy. I tried calling your phone but it doesn't work. fine. so I have to change my plan in the last minute. I even take the time , 10 minutes, just to walk to your restaurant to ask for your phone number because problems need to sort out.what did I see? three people not busy at all standing. fine. I ask for phone number. you said you don't have. fine. how do I contact you then? you say wait a second. fine! then what did you do? you went on to hear voice messages. please show some professionalism as a restaurant. I dont have the duty to walk all the way just to get ignored by you, and not even to mention your previous food quality problems. you are not working up to expectations okay? I tried to warn you already.and you wasted my time trying to fix things. you do not accept improvements.

位於西環般咸道的Poke Love是由外國人主理的一問夏威夷Poke Bowl 食店，除了外賣以外，店內還有數個高枱位置供客人用餐。

店內的POKE BOWl，除了固定配料外還有自選配搭選項，讓食客可以自行配搭喜歡的配料及主食，當然固定配料的餐點也可以自選主食。

分別有壽司飯、糙米、沙律菜底或各樣一半的選擇。

各款配料都相當新鮮，魚生新鮮👍🏼水果蔬菜類新鮮👍🏼我點選的兩款調味也非常之合我的心意。

Ono $98非常適合喜歡牛油果的朋友，除了有半個牛油果愛魚生也是伴了牛油果醬。

Lomi Lomi $98是次選擇了沙律菜底，調味非常清新有淡淡的橙汁香味各種味道都很平衡，不會將一半沙律醬過鹹。

售賣的罐裝及支裝飲品也不會太昂貴。

店員服務態度良好友善。

今次嚟到呢間位於西環，由外國人主理嘅Poke bowl 小店，店舖環境簡約，坐位多數係單邊坐，感覺企理衞生。

關於Poke bowl 由來，源於彩虹之州夏威夷，取名Poke是因為這個詞在夏威夷語裡是「切塊」的意思。

指的就是當時漁民，把新鮮漁獲的製作方法。

將新鮮捕撈的魚和海鮮處理乾淨，既不加熱也不烹調，只是切成小塊立方體並加入調料或淋上醬汁擺在一碗（bowl）米飯上，這就做成了一份Poke bowl，至今已有幾百年歷史。

今次我試咗「Ono」，整碗 Poke bowl 色彩鮮艷，單單賣相已經令人食慾大增。

熱熱嘅壽司飯上，鋪滿大大粒三文魚籽、半個牛油果，拌上好多蛋絲。

仲有吞拿魚粒、三文魚粒，再配上紅椰菜絲、芝麻籽。

加埋佢地嘅秘製醬汁，食落口感特別豐富，呢碗Poke bowl 我一試難忘，立即愛上。

除咗指定嘅 Poke bowl ， 你仲可以自選 「Make your own bowl」，有不同size 、飯底、醬汁、Toppings 等選擇，鍾意食啲乜完全自己話事，大家真係可以去一試。

作為一個食野前睇營養價值表嘅人 喺餐廳見到餐單 110g protein!? 😱😱當堂嚇到個口合唔埋🤣 先唔講個數字準唔準 想食健康餐呢度係唔錯嘅選擇～✌🏻Ahi Limu $88新鮮吞拿魚刺身配上壽司酸酸飯底 夾埋石榴粒 口感估唔到好夾😳 味道仲要更特別 就算個醬汁味道好濃 都唔會膩口👍🏻 醬汁用上蠔油、洋蔥、紫菜等材料 咸香味重 餸飯一流‼️ Hoisin Shrimp轉左沙律底🥗 蝦肉數量十足🦐 蛋白纖維雙管齊下😋 醬汁係舖頭自創嘅「hoisin sauce 海鮮醬」味道酸酸甜甜 配合沙律菜估唔到好夾 加上本身都有西蘭花🥦紅椒等配料 花款夠多夠豐富 味道清新🤤
