First things first, it could be argued whether Bay View Restaurant is actually a “restaurant”. Back to the actual dish, this “meal” again could be disputed whether it can actually be considered a meal. Nor does the “steak” faintly represent the slab of meat on the greasy plate. The chunks of frozen chicken meat, sausages and ham are thrown together in a cold and greasy heap on top of a scoop cold hard rice and served with a cheeky grin, as if they know what they are serving. The quantity, quality and service of the food are lacking severely and I would discourage others from eating there.
