Opening it up, the smell was amazing. The taste was also extremely strong. It also felt very healthy, not too oily or salty.Overall a brilliant place selling quality soup. Will definitely go again to taste the rest of their soup range.

20170313(星期一)一直是鴻福堂的會員，也買了湯券，湯券價錢會有折扣，折扣後約$40，可選擇在店內加熱或拿走自行加熱。
曾經試過數款湯，有些湯款只有湯，沒有材料在內，本人較喜歡杏仁豬肺湯，因為內裏有數件豬肺，是日除了取了杏仁豬肺湯，也點了瑤柱鮑魚響螺花菇雞湯，想不到帶來點點驚喜。
我選擇了在店內加熱，每次店員會給一個湯杯和蓋子，是次也不例外。
回家的路程約十五分鐘，回到家倒出來時，仍然熱度十足，要再放涼一下才不會燙口。
杏仁豬肺湯，可分到兩個飯碗的份量，有濃濃的杏仁味，除了有湯喝，還有數件豬肺，腍中帶點爽口，湯沒有別的咸味。
瑤柱鮑魚響螺花菇雞湯，全部湯款也是大約有兩飯碗的份量，倒出來時看見兩隻大花菇，還有一點點瑤柱和一絲鮑魚，想不到除了豬肺湯，還有其他湯款也有湯渣，而且花菇是很大隻的，湯的味道濃郁，真的有老火湯的味道。
去年買的湯券，忘了價錢，折扣後約$40左右，我們家平常也有湯水喝，但不會煲豬肺湯的，因為洗豬肺需要很多時間，所以我最愛買這店的豬肺湯，簡單方便。
與自家的愛心湯水比較，味道當然不能相比，但不用煲就有老火湯喝，也是一個方便之選。
約了朋友們8點食飯，6點捱不住肚餓又揾依到食，因為有會員卡。
照舊買了燒賣，說真的不是抵食 只要方便又不會太多，重點是買了白玉苦瓜菠蘿蜜糖汁，菠蘿味很濃又有果肉，也吃到蜜糖味。
但可能有蜜糖味所以飲不太到苦瓜味，是有點甘。
湯包未試
太太一直是鴻福堂粉絲，身上總有套票，往往放工經過時，便會換一兩枝給囝囝，反正今次有點口乾，便換了川貝杏仁霜及楊枝甘露。
可能是太熱，凍冰冰的喝下去，很舒服，杏仁味不太濃郁，淡淡的一陣幽香，很順滑的質感，對喉嚨不錯。
取了太太的楊枝甘露喝一口，鮮甜可口，很香的芒果味，又有粒粒的果肉，難怪太太最愛喝。
