Flow is (yet!) another new coffee shop in Sham Shui Po. I am really amazed by the number of new coffee shops opened in the hood this year regardless of COVID19. All these new coffee shops are making Sham Shui Po a more vibrant district, it’s going to be an interesting trend to see.There are a number of books on the psychology concept “Flow” in the bookshelf of the waiting area at the entrance. Being a psychology graduate, I love this coffee shop immediately once I saw these book and possibly the ideology of the coffee shop — getting yourself to “flow”, fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment with a nice fika (coffee and a pastry item/cake).Absolutely love these little “lanterns” with iconic symbols of Shum Shui Po craved.I actually came for the Copenhagen coffee beans from Coffee Collective, haha!This delicious Taro Cream Cake Roll is a gem! Rich and smooth flavored taro cream making the charcoal cake roll very enjoyable! Perfect for afternoon tea!I also ordered an Iced Latte to go to share with my friend. Love the encouraging coffee sleeve! (I actually kept it.)The latte was awesome! Aromatic and smooth, we actually finished that in no time!Definitely visiting Flow again! As I haven’t tried their signature hand drip coffee. Just don’t know when as it’s already so packed during its soft opening stage.

對於我屋企樓下又開新咖啡店這件事，我已經習以為常了，即使現在這種逆市，都依然像雨後春筍啊！Flow coffee bar 也在已經很多咖啡店的大南街上，街角位置裝修都幾有個性，小店主打手沖咖啡，提供九款不同產地咖啡豆，好款都有不同風味，適合喜歡研究咖啡的朋友。
位於轉角位的咖啡店，外面有兩個位可以坐下，個名睇左好耐我先睇得出係 Flow。
吧檯位置佔店面一半空間，另外有兩張二人檯、靠牆和靠窗的位置，目前以吧檯位最受歡迎。
角落處有幾格樓梯位都可以坐，不過我覺得設計有少少古怪，可能遲些會再加其他佈置吧。
咖啡店入面的燈具都好有特色，影出來好有味道。
店內提供九款咖啡豆，兩版 menu 分別來自日本大阪和歐洲的烘焙商，每款豆各有不同風味，唔熟都可以請咖啡師介紹和推薦。
咖啡價錢分冷和熱，手沖、機沖、有奶無奶都一樣價，又幾有趣。
店內主打咖啡，吃的話只有簡單甜點小吃，這天蛋糕櫃就有牛角包、香蕉蛋糕、曲奇和黑森林蛋糕，價錢都唔貴，簡單早餐都有野食既。
(前) Ethiopia HK$40 / (後) Brazil HK$65唔太識揀就請咖啡師推薦，加奶飲的話他就介紹這兩款，其他較富果香花香的就較適合手沖。
這天早上十一點半來到，我們坐下不久就陸續坐滿了，咖啡師手沖咖啡沖過不停，睇見都覺得累。
如果你喜歡喝手沖咖啡，又喜歡研究不同咖啡豆風味，可以來這邊試試看啊。
Came to Flow on a weekday afternoon. As it was a small cafe, there was a queue outside even on a weekday. I saw some of the reviews and wanted to try the cakes. I only found out after getting seated that minimum charge is one DRINK, and cakes do not count. I've had enough caffeine for the day so I had to pick from their limited noncoffee choices. They offer a few cake choices including chiffon matcha/hojicha cake, Hokkaido milk roll cake and chocolate cake. Hokkaido milk roll cake with honeycomb The honeycomb added a nice crunch and the milk cream was delicious.Orange soda It was a refreshing drink without being too sweet.This cafe specializes in hand drip coffees with a variety of coffee bean selection. Coffee enthusiasts would like this place. But I felt a bit out if place for someone who just wanted a casual afternoon tea. Overall it was a bit pricy compared to the other nearby cafes.
第一次來到咖啡店，被環境吸引， 但入到餐廳入面，一位女服務員已經用不禮貌的態度安排等位，等了15分鐘，她突然要客人到門外等位。
之後等位到入座，服務十分差，態度惡劣，十分失望。
📌 flow~深水埗深水埗簡直係New Brooklyn🤩大南街隨處都可以見到咖啡室😍今次呢間位於街角位 裝修甚有個性碰了兩次門釘終於可以到訪( ´▽｀)不過人龍超級長 要預咗要排隊啊～大概都係排左四十五分鐘先入到去😖小店主打精品手沖咖啡 提供不同產地嘅咖啡每款都有唔同風味 適合鍾意研究咖啡嘅朋友仔入到去店員都會介紹Menu上嘅咖啡☕️咖啡可選擇冷熱、有奶或冇奶、手沖或機沖另外仲有唔少甜點 其實我係俾個戚風蛋糕吸引嚟🤪不過其後食蛋糕卻有不愉快嘅經歷🤭大家可以睇返下面嘅食評見到有唔少人話呢間如果唔叫Hand Drip嘅話就會比店員看不起🤡呢個反而我冇經歷到但係服務態度仲係有好大嘅進步空間🤧1️⃣ 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗮 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗸𝗲 $𝟱𝟬 (𝟯/𝟭𝟬)見到好多人都話好食 所以就點左半份嚟試滿心期待卻超級失望🧐食幾啖都唔知點解有陣膠味🤯問咗其中一個店員味道是否正常 以為之後會有人嚟同我哋解釋😵另一店員就直接掉咗五十蚊係我前面🥴毫無解釋 我同朋友都問晒號👹其實過嚟解釋吓 如果味道確實如此 可能係加咗一啲材料係我接受唔到嗰味道我亦唔會要求退錢 因為係我自己接受唔到個味道🤭但係如果咁啱嗰嚿蛋糕變咗味 其實都可以同客人解釋吓可能係我咁啱唔好彩 問吓使唔使換過一份或退錢都可以呱？朋友同我都好失望 冇諗到係咁嘅服務🤮唔通貪你嗰50蚊咩😅2️⃣ 𝗛𝗼𝗷𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗮 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗸𝗲 $𝟯𝟱 (𝟴.𝟱/𝟭𝟬)呢款反而係同上面嘅戚風蛋糕有天壤之別😍超級好味又鬆軟🤤焙茶味非常之濃郁忌廉好輕盈 食完整件都唔會膩！3️⃣ 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗶𝗮 $𝟰𝟬 (𝟴/𝟭𝟬)點了Mocha 咖啡豆選了columbia覺得係我飲過最特別嘅Mocha☕️拉花雖然冇乜特別但豆味好香濃 奶泡順滑👍🏻Aftertaste帶有dark cherry同caramel嘅味道整體味道幾好飲又特別😆💡整體嚟講 其實咖啡同卷蛋味道很不錯👍🏻只係戚風蛋糕味道出咗事🤮而且咁樣嘅服務態度我真係不敢恭維🥴深水埗附近一定有比佢更加好嘅cafe包括食物質素及服務態度😰個人認為服務態度比食物質素更加重要😎食到一肚子氣還不如不食🤗✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨整體味道😋: 6.5/10性價比💵: 7/10 打卡指數😍: 7/10 環境服務🥂: 4/10 推薦指數👍🏻: 3/10✄✄ 🍴: flow 📍: 深水埗大南街195201號興基大廈地下3號舖🔍: 12:0018:00(WedMon) *TUE OFF*☞︎ 同地區餐廳 #hkhungryfoodie深水埗☞︎ 同類型餐廳 #hkhungryfoodie西式☞︎ 同款式餐廳 #hkhungryfoodiecafe
