i was the first people to sit down at 6pm.i ordered a whole chicken重慶雞鍋(大辣)with a lot expectation.they charged 10% extra for chinese new year which was fine with me.i waited 20 minutes while my kids kept complaining too long.a big pot came with a spicy auspicious smell.i stirred and found the parsley was quite appealing.辣was ok but 麻was not there. salty and blandTaste did not match the smell which was very disappointing.Chicken had tough and dry. 好多舊雞頸n they could form a giraffe chicken. I found three chicken feet in the pot.I tried to reconstruct the chicken by its bones. It was a half chicken with no chicken thigh n half side breast.I asked why I got a mutate chicken with three feet and no thigh. Five minutes later, a triad lookalike came out and said it was regular and told me to shut up. I quickly paid up and ran for my life.i looked back there was only 10% table filled and i fully understand why.
