Came on a racing day for lunch buffet, first time to shatin racecourse tho not a fan of betting. They don’t have wide variety of food but quality is pretty good, always prefer quality to quantity.I like the spacious environment, got a table next to the window with good view to the racecourse. Fresh oysters of 2 kinds, from France and Ireland. Not the very fresh kind, alright for buffet. Shrimp from sashimi area is sweet and creamy though size is very small. Also tried some other raw fish which taste soso, they don’t hv my favorite 油甘魚腩 The onsen egg and salad roe with seaweed is definitely my favorite. The egg is nicely cooked with a smoky kind of flavour, salmon roe and the seaweed add an extra texture to it, very nice!
