We have wanted to try this place for a long time as it looks great. The meat is so inviting and it smells really good. We finally got some food here and it was a big mistake.We ordered two sets of rice with crispy pork belly and char siu.The pork belly was not crispy. The skin was like rubber and the fat was not fully rendered, so it was like jelly. The char siu waswell cooked, but had a lot of gristly parts in it.The biggest problem of all was that the meal was unbelievably salty. It rendered it inedible. My mouth was stinging from salt after getting halfway through. The liquor they pour over the whole dish is probably chiefly to blame.It was basically unpleasant in many ways and we will not be eating there again. Sad times...
