Thrilled to know Hidden Coffee opened on T8 day via its ig and determined not to waste this chance to try its coffee☕️🤎 came there before but the queue was too long and the weather was too hot😱better get wet in this way⛈ but not this way☀️Tasting Notes:❶ SconesScones were crumbly but softness inside could be slightly enhanced. Anyway, its earl grey flavoured scone and its passion fruit jam were surprises! Earl grey flavour was strong and evenly blended in the scone body. And the jam was not too sweet and enhanced the taste of the scone of original flavour, which butter taste could be strengthened a bit.When I order coffee in other coffee shops, I am sometimes asked if I’d prefer nutty or fruity flavour. And here in Hidden Coffee, I was asked which single origin espresso I prefer😅too skilful to me🤣 hence, I ordered less acidic🤪 espresso from Honduras to make up piccolo (for him) and fruity 🤪espresso from Ethiopia for house black (for me) so that i could taste both origins😛 (P.S. i am used to ordering nutty long black😅) i appreciated that both cups did not have smoky aftertaste☺️House Blackclose to its tasting notes to be winery and fruity. Its texture was quite thin and smooth. Not as acidic as i had expected and suits ppl who prefer weak coffee☕️ and for me, i’d order espresso of this coffee bean to strengthen its taste and thickness next time😝Piccolofirst time having piccolo that was not served in a smaller cup but really in an espresso cup🤩the coffee was rich and creamy, richer and creamier than milk in fact. Coffee flavour was relatively weak for me but i appreciated that the milk did not add astringency to the coffee.

☕️隱啡Hidden Coffee🧁承接上上個post原本嗰日係元朗國黃店巡禮架嘛食完羅東本身就想去朗屏嘅Accro Coffee試下「空肚講宵夜」講嘅全港最出色Apple crumble但係竟然無開門？！之後重想返元朗One third打下躉點知竟然無位？！真係雙重打擊(´°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥ω°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥｀)腦細見我士氣低落立即就決定帶我去埋屯門嘅隱啡但我呢d咁膚淺嘅人就覺得睇落都係一般coffee shop啫～所以就無乜好期待嘅心情啦點知！點知真係令我驚為天人！Σ੧(❛□❛✿)我地試咗青瓜latte、紅絲絨latte同招牌隱啡（以咖啡花茶做底嘅埃塞俄比亞冷泡）重有抹茶花生醬蛋糕、焦糖咖啡蛋糕同香蕉蛋糕係呀我地兩個人竟然食咗3樣嘢3杯啡因為腦細話難得一場嚟到應該要食多d喎～我無言但我接受(｡_｡)首先蛋糕係磅蛋糕但一d都唔乾抹茶花生醬唔係好食得出綠茶味但鬆軟有牛油香焦糖咖啡有d甜我就麻麻地但香蕉蛋糕比較紮實味道唔會太香精而咖啡先係重點！青瓜latte一入口係輕盈嘅latte味然後青新嘅青瓜味就會慢慢出嚟飲完覺得唔夠喉而個咖啡花做底嘅冷泡啡係先係咖啡嘅酸味然後有花香✿實在係太正了紅絲絨lattee就無乜特別唔特別推介啦唔知幾時會再入屯門呢？
𝐻𝑖𝑑𝑑𝑒𝑛 𝐶𝑜𝑓𝑓𝑒𝑒 & 𝑅𝑜𝑎𝑠𝑡𝑒𝑟隱啡📍屯門💛______________________________門外陣陣咖啡香，店內座位不多大約有10個座位，但店內燈光較暗有提供不同紀念品及咖啡豆供選購每天提供不同款嘅蛋糕下午去放鬆吓都唔錯嘅😌______________________________💛𝓜𝓲𝓼𝓼 𝓛𝓲𝓸𝓷𝓷🦁評分：7.8/10店內咖啡款式多，最正常普遍都應有盡有，而且有幾款比較特別吸引嘅咖啡：竹炭咖啡、青瓜咖啡、紅菜頭咖啡配搭好似好奇怪，但飲落有驚喜🤩☕️紅絲絨牛奶咖啡🥕紅絲絨係啲咩？咖啡望落係迷人粉紅色，原來係紅菜頭加咖啡，配搭新穎，咖啡少許苦澀同紅菜頭青澀味互相揮映😂飲到底有少許渣… 但整有體充滿驚喜🥰好特別☕️青瓜泡沫咖啡🥒青瓜咖啡應該好多地方都會有，但通常會加湯力水整成梳打… 呢度反而做青瓜泡沫咖啡，青瓜清新香氣配埋微苦嘅咖啡，撞埋一齊好有驚喜！🥞焦糖咖啡蛋糕🥐食落無咩咖啡味，偏甜而且較結實… 麻麻地都係咖啡會比較吸引回頭率：80% 🧚🏻♀️🧚🏻♀️🧚🏻♀️🧚🏻♀️店內都重視咖啡質素，咖啡豆配搭，識嘆飲啡之人好啱去，飲杯高質咖啡，過一個下午💁🏻♀️寫意🤍
屯馬開通真的很高興 ...6 月尾屯馬線剛開通，儍媽和儍爸又湊熱鬧坐了轉從九龍城『宋皇台站』上車到屯馬線的終站『屯門』只是 45 分鐘無需轉線，一車直達，真是好方便我呢個儍婆大鄉埋出城咁，連輕鐵都影一餐 ...逛到累梗係搵間 coffee shop 嘆杯靚咖啡 ~~店內座位不多，但是飲品款式很特別除了有多款特色精品咖啡和 Espresso、Latte、Mocha、Cappuccino 等也有較特別的 Signature Drink ... 暗黑系牛奶咖啡、青瓜泡沫咖啡、檸檬冰搖咖啡等不飲咖啡也可以揀咖啡果皮茶、花球茶和鐵觀音茶梗還有蛋糕和鬆餅 ... 我和儍爸都揀了較有特色的 Signature Drink儍媽蠻欣賞店員的詳細解說，讓我們更了解飲品的特色和避免點了不合口味的飲料 ~~儍爸的 ... 蜜桃冰搖咖啡 Peach Shakerato (HK$48)除了蜜桃，仲有檸檬和青瓜味用高腳杯盛裝和豐盈的泡沫讓冰咖啡多了視覺和口感層次咖啡香氣中透著蜜桃香氣和甜味，味道清爽，細細杯，令人回味無窮 ~~紅絲絨牛奶咖啡 Red Velvet Latte (HK$45) 加入了紅菜頭的牛奶咖啡，粉紅色調配上靚靚拉花，賣相嬴哂 !!!粉紅色調來自紅菜頭的天然色素相對於咖啡和奶香，紅菜頭味道較弱，入口順滑易入口而且紅菜頭中具有自然紅色維生素 B12 和優質的鐵質，無加糖份對身體有好處，又靚又健康當然值得推薦 !!!** 以上分享是以我的口味、體質和情況作出分享及感受，一試 / 合用與否請自行決定
曾經在朋友的FB見到其推介這店的帖子，所以，一直都想前往光顧。
趁著今天下午在這店附近辦事，便利用短短的45分鐘來一回閃嚐咖啡。
下午一時左右，來到這裡，推開趟門一刻，濃濃的咖啡香氣撲鼻而至。
店內約有10個座位，剛好當時尚餘4個座位。
獨個兒的我選了離櫃檯遠一點的座位，點選了一杯熱暗黑系牛奶咖啡(食品級竹炭)($45)和一客咖啡焦糖蛋糕($38)後，便安坐座位內，等約10分鐘，店員送上食物。
咖啡焦糖蛋糕的焦糖是藏在蛋糕之中，蛋糕口感也鬆軟，不太乾身，甜度適中。
正好配合不含糖的暗黑系牛奶咖啡。
暗黑系牛奶咖啡，在果香味(Fruity)和果仁味(Nutty)之間，我選擇了果香味(Fruity)的。
未嚐前，嗅到濃濃的咖啡香外，好像還有微微的豉油香味(😅)。
而咖啡味是隨著喝到最後時更為明顯。
由於店舖面積小，座位不多，今天匆匆的45分鐘閃嚐咖啡，其實是適合不已。
