Tutorial again in Tuen Mun this time.After that,I went to buy Mochi in Mochi Sweets.I wanted to try because I watched Helen To's Japan travelling program,recommending a similar shop in Japan.I was also attracted by the beautiful counter there.Finally I bought Mango Yoghurt flavour and chocolate flavour. The packing of the mochi was very nite and beautiful.And there were notice that how long you should eat after you bought it.I first tried the mango yoghurt one.First,I think that the mochi layer was too thick and it was rather hard.The cream inside was not fresh enough.There were not much mango or yoghurt flavour.On the whole it was bad.But it costed $12!!One of the most expensive in the shop.I then ate the chocolate one.It was much better,although the mochi layer was still thick.The chocolate flavour was quite rich.However,$10 for this quality was too expensive.I'd rather have Kowloon Diary Mochi Ice!Same quality but much cheaper!

見到佢既佈置唔錯..所以就決定買黎TRY下啦....叫左一個全部都係CHOOCATE既, 另一個就係有慕絲既...因為我最愛食CHOLOCATE...之後佢叫我先放至軟身先好食..咁所以買完之後行左一陣先食...食第一粒個陣唔知是否時間太早...咬落去既時候都仲好實.....話晒佢都係糯米滋麻..RIGHT...不過雖然係硬左D...但佢既CHOLOCATE味係超PURE既...好滑..一點都唔膩...而且外層既可可粉一點都唔苦....因為有D唔靚既可可粉, 會一食落去有種苦澀既味道, 但呢間就完全冇啦...^^ 不錯...之後另一間就等左半個HOURS起碼先食...咁就開始淋晒啦....咁今次就可以品嚐到佢味道...好有口感...好煙UN....內餡既會有種想流出黎既感覺.....正爆.....
想試好耐, 今晚終於試到.. 揀左四隻味overall 黎講個皮好煙 un~ d 餡好滑溜.. 一定要灘陣先好食, 否則可頭咁硬就一d都唔好食喇 !!士多啤梨~ 幾香士多啤梨味..藍莓~都好香..蜂蜜檸檬~ 味道幾特別..個味幾清~栗子~唔得..食落無咩栗子.. 唯一呢個失色
一個個雪米磁排哂係個display window到, TOTAL有15款味。
今日試左個黑朱古力, 首先買左係唔可以立刻食 係要等20分鐘解凍才可進口朱古力味道雖濃, 個皮我略嫌厚但很煙勒。
算新奇而且又食得尼個season。
值得一提係佢個12盒裝PACKING, 係會有一張紙話俾你聽果格係邊款味道。

年前Mochi Cream在Sogo Freshmart開幕時一度掀起Mochi潮~每天人龍都在電梯口~~熱情冷卻之後~~來自上海有95%相類似的Mochi Sweet卻悄悄進駐商場~沒有掀起第二波~卻以平穩的姿態不停在各區商場擴展版圖~開到來屯門唯一大商場的主要大通道~形勢應該佔上風晚飯的時間來到~人流不多不少~都是以好奇的居多~個人而言~口味的配搭比mochi cream較為吸引~~$810一粒以小小食來說是中上的價錢~早前連Godiva開在附近~也慘遭結業的命運~~這間的命運又會如何? 與大比二人走近~少女店員們態度不友善~沒有理會客人ge意思~當我們決定好之後就開口想order~當我們講了’唔該~我想..’之後~店員望都無望過就揚手指示我們在另一邊先購票~~~不能接受的態度! 但抱住想試的心態~唯有忍氣地在另一邊先購票~~見有禮盒裝~但小試牛刀~買2粒先試檸檬蜂蜜 : 先吃這款~但聞起來好似有點泥膠的味道~希望只是我的錯覺~~檸檬砂砂的成膏狀~中層再擠入白cream~~整個感覺不突出~只有專心挑出檸檬餡用舌尖感受才嚐到檸檬味~這個看似吸引的配搭~食味一般~試過就算朱古力慕斯 : 選擇此款是因為小比不好cream~而display當中又只有這款和另一款芒果沒有cream filling~就自然成為首選~等了20min 解凍終於可以試~手感和賣相都與雪米慈有幾分相似~中層的古力內餡微甜~但中心的dark chocolate syrup苦味剛好調和到漏ge感覺~得人喜愛~是小比會推薦mochi sweet比mochi cream定價低~賣相食味都差不多~難怪可以無聲無色的擴展業務~~年前的mochi頭啖湯已經比人飲左~~小比認為它只會繼續維持在一個半紅不黑的狀態~~就像定價同樣在$10上落的Bread Papa的情況一樣~
