This place was introduced by a friend and then I also became a member. I normally visit the causeway bay branch, lately received a promotion email on the TST branch, so decided to try it out on my friend’s birthday.I seldom go to Kowloon, I find that the restaurant location is convenient, easy to find. This time I ordered a sushi lunch set for HK$260, the sushi is really fresh and high quality . Really enjoy the lunch set, the only drawback is the green tea ice cream is not really tasty .Other than that, everything is great, service is excellent and the restaurant is really clean.The lunch portion is more than enough for me and good value in Hong Kong.At the end when I pay for the bill, free reusable bag was given for my friend and me.

午市套餐抵吃，sushi set及丼的鮮魚也新鮮。
清酒點了‘優’ 純米大吟醸，淡辛，中濃，中米旨。
不俗的食中酒，感覺另我想起伯楽星。

我是一個日本 粉絲，很喜歡去日本旅行，亦很喜歡食日本嘢。
今次個friend 話試下呢間.....sushi Hiro,叫了魚生及壽司🍣。
個魚生是我很少在香港食到這個味道，原因是真的很很很 fresh 鮮甜，個鮮甜程度是好似在日本食嘅一樣。
個蝦特別喜歡💕另外個Sushi 真係無得頂，壽司飯煑得很好，相信是有黃金比例配搭😋不愧為 Sushi Hiro(Hero)😘至於賣相，很有和式feel, 不浮不誇，這就是正宗日本 🇯🇵feel
難得放假，約埋老友去尖沙嘴食壽司。
一般既壽司已經滿足唔到我地，所以我地決定打大佬！！先睇下餐牌，好多選擇，花多眼亂，不過唔駛愁，因為我每次都係揀同一個——主廚發辦16件壽司。
包含既壽司相當豐富，因為由16件不同的海鮮組成，待應小姐好窩心咁問客人需唔需要芥末。
在我記憶當中有沙甸魚、左口魚、右口魚、拖羅、海膽、三文魚籽……每一件壽司我都搵唔到破綻，事關係平時好難食到呢種高級魚生，而且師傅處理得恰到好處，令魚生唔會太厚或太薄，加上壽司飯帶有醋，酸得黎好開胃！不過實際上仲有湯、燉蛋、前菜及甜品，所以食到既不單是16件壽司。
It wasn’t as good as I expected it to be, I’ve been to other location quite times and it was way better .Sashimi was ok, they were pretty rigid about sticking to the set. Normal omakase would have more flexible as to personal preference.Stewed Hamachi was tough and hard.Sushi rice was bland.Though there was a lot of food.
