Holidays are always a challenge to find a table for dinner, luckily, The Salted Pig in Knutsford Terrace TST had a table and it perfectly satisfied our steak and meat cravings. Our evening started with a flakey Spinach & Cheese Pastry and a side of greens with an acidic dressing to drive the appetite. Next came our ribeye with thickcut fries and fatdrenched Brussels sprouts; although cooked to medium rare and flowing with juices, I was hoping it to be thicker and filled with a stronger beefy taste. The 1KG pork knuckle was the last to come but so worth the wait because despite looking a tad dry, the skin was porkcrackling crispy, and the meat was falloffthebone tender! A wonderful evening altogether 💛The food took a while to come, but it was understandable given the pork knuckle, and it gave us time to chat 😊

與一友人提早收工, 諗住搵個地方HH飲返兩三杯就回家, 沒有特別要求,見到這家店鋪環境闊落有室外與室內兩部分, 而門口外藉店員笑容可掬，隔著口罩也感受到他燦爛的笑容, 就這一間吧。

正好這裏啤酒八點前有八折。

但飲啤酒又豈可沒有小吃，cheap cheap 地隨便點了兩個最便宜的小吃🤓怎知道驚喜就發生在這裏。

後來上Openrice才知道其他的美食也是很出色, 下次一定再與朋友回來試其他美食。

美式餐廳,比較少黎,今次人多約到腳就一次過可以試多幾款菜式呢度除左牛肉最出名,仲有提供IMPOSSIBLE BURGER 呢種人造肉口感極似真牛肉食落味道,口感,肉汁都接近真既牛肉漢堡扒,係好多美式餐廳都開始見到有供應招牌手撕烤豬肉三文治 配薯圈 $178安格斯牛肉芝士漢堡配薯條 $178烤原隻脆皮豬手,起骨拆肉,配上菜絲等配菜BBQ烤肋骨應該可以算係美式菜既招牌配上烤粟米2件,大量粗薯條,未食已經聞到濃郁既醬汁香味,流曬口水擺盤就無架啦,夠豪邁,一大班朋友你一件我一口,真性情唔洗就住黎份量又夠多,一定食得飽!肋骨肉嫩,面層焦香既醬汁濃中帶酸,食落唔油膩~粗薯係即炸上菜,本身都有調味,非常唔錯美式餐廳都有沙律食,就平平無奇啦朱古力OREO特飲,面層仲要放忌廉,增肥飲一流,但奶昔好順滑仲有海鮮飯,放滿青口,魷魚,蜆,蝦等等食材海鮮飯粒濕潤,沾滿醬汁濃味鮮香可以一試小吃拼盤,炸雞翼,炸薯圈,小漢堡,配埋幾款醬汁,等主菜上之前岩食!

The environment here is so friendly and comsy with popular songs playing. Such a great place for friend gathering haa, comfortable seat tooThe signature of this restaurant is dishes made by pork, so we especially trying pork meal. Ordered BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches is so yummy with lovely pork fillings haa, though the sandwich bread isn’t soft enough. Onion wings are yum tooPork ribs having good bbq sauce though the pork texture isn’t so good and a bit too dry for me, French fries is fine. I quite like the salads which is less evil than other oily dishesTomatoes Shrimp risotto having nice seasoning, the food texture is in good standard, shrimp is chewable though risotto is a bit thick here. Overall the taste is nice and having quite many shrimps insides menu:insides:Pork shop with lovely bbq pork sandwiches, though the service isn’t so good here, no one gonna fill water for you here lol

朋友生日，食好西系列，一班無肉不歡食肉獸，最岩食呢間🎂由於個個都係酒鬼，都係叫肉同小食去配酒🍻🍻Crispy Pork 👍成隻豬手上，外脆內軟，肉質有小小鹹，但好香，配上酸菜，可以解鹹味。

小食分享拼盤 👍好似尋寶咁，個拼盤太多小食，望落好開心1, 蘇格蘭雞蛋，外脆，內流心2, 豬皮脆片，配酒一流3, 脆豬肋骨，細細啖一啖一啖，不失儀態4, 香料雞翼，但有少少辣5, 蟹餅，蟹肉鮮甜6,酥炸魷魚圈，炸到好香脆7, 薯圈，配醬汁一流Seafood Paella 🥘 海鮮都幾多，但個飯略為失色，唔夠香口烤全條豬肋骨豬肋骨唔會太老，豬肋骨配上醬汁，味道岩岩好。

烤豬扒骨肉質比較”鞋”身, 唔係好建議叫🙃整體黎講，食物水準都ok, 環境氣氛幾正！
