難怪叫H Zentre.
是日相約了朋友到尖沙咀相聚，趁着他還未到達之際，我便一人到新商場閒逛，無意中發現了這間咖啡店，向來是咖啡愛好者的我自然是不可錯過，便馬上入內點選享用。
咖啡店開於 H Zentre，位於超市內裡的位置，屬於開放式店舖，入內可見有多款不同種類咖啡可供選擇，亦有售賣麵包、曲奇餅、自家製沙律，外形均新鮮吸引，下次有充裕時間再到來時，必定好好品嚐一番。
原味冷萃咖啡冷萃咖啡是指咖啡豆使用低溫的冷水浸泡12至48小時，再使用專業器具萃取過濾而成的，由於水溫低的緣故，咖啡的製作過程亦須更長，而浸泡時間越久，表示醇厚度亦更高。
其特點除了低溫、萃取時間長，同時亦可保存更長時間而不會失去原有風味。
餐廳的咖啡豆是自家炒製的，由於咖啡需要逐滴累積而成，因此店內的咖啡數量是每日有限的，飲用時咖啡味道濃郁，醇度甚高，味道帶輕微甘苦，面層口感較稀薄，底層則較為濃郁，整體製作恰到好處，醇厚馥郁，順滑回甘，味道富有層次。
總結而言，店舖裝潢走簡約風格，以木系爲主元素，配搭各款植物作裝飾點綴，整體感覺休閒舒適，而且亦有提供坐位予客人堂食，可與朋友小坐聊天，咖啡方面製作用心，味道香醇濃郁，是愛好咖啡人士不可錯過的好地方。
Guu San is a great place to visit when the COVID travel ban is still on. Located on the ground floor of H Zentre in Tsim Sha Tsui, Guu San is a Japanese groceries store with a few food stalls inside.I really appreciate the artificial waterfall, the sound of it is very therapeutic, and it really gives you vibes of dining outdoor in Japan.The Salfee Bar is one of the food stalls in Guu San. This breakfast set of Tuna Salad Wrap and Hojicha Latte only costs HKD$58. The tuna salad wrap was ordinary, yet delicious and filling. The smooth hojicha latte was very enjoyable with a rich hojicha flavor. A very satisfying breakfast indeed!The whole dining experience was very enjoyable.
I really liked the salad here lots of tasty choices to choose from and very generous proportions. We got 3 choices for $78 and we liked all of them. Each salad had its own distinct flavour and texture, so it didn't feel like we were eating one big bowl of the same thing. People often scoff at salad, thinking it's boring, bland, and pretentious. That's not true at all, and this cafe certainly proves my point! We also tried their coffee, which was just alright, nothing special. They didn't ask us for our bean preference (fruity or nutty) we would've preferred nutty and we only found out that they chose the fruity option for us when we saw our receipt. The salad here is definitely worth checking out! As for the coffee, I saw a lot of people ordering their matcha drinks, so maybe those are better. By the way, keep in mind that sleeping is limited there are only a few high chairs and narrow tables, a lot of us ended up just eating while standing.
隱身係日式精品超市嘅Coffee shop🕋位於尖沙咀中間道H Zentre佔地超過5000呎嘅辰谷GUU SAN係一間日式精品超市，但係購物以外其實入面係有間coffee shop可以比你take個coffee break☕️.室內設計以紅色同原木為主，加上流水特色牆同一啲祈願嘅裝置佈置突出佐鮮明嘅日本風格。
The Salfee Bar佔據佐店舖一排窗位以及特色流水牆身，休息嘆啡真係一流😌另外亦有提供唔同類型嘅沙律可以選擇。
.竹炭伯爵拿鐵 $48夜晚去行辰谷都想吹杯熱野唞吓，所以無飲咖啡而選擇佐茶latte。
雖然話係latte但個奶味唔會好勁，提供淡甜味為主。
伯爵茶獨有嘅香味幾濃幾突出，當中亦有啲竹炭嗰隻近似威化嘅味道幾特別。
