Sun & Roots 位於K11 Musea入面foodcourt的素食店，因為係下午茶時間，所以只叫了一個素牛肉粒冰菜沙律，有兩個黑油醋另上，除左冰菜同素牛粒，有芝士，腰果碎同大量黑橄欖。

因為我唔係好鍾意食黑橄欖，所以要不停夾開黎食，素牛粒口感比較彈牙，是麵筋整成的，整體一般同埋因爲黑橄欖面扣左分🙈素牛肉粒冰菜沙律

All other restaurants in this food hall are filled with lines but only this is empty. This restaurant is the only one that offers salad and vegetarian options. But apparently, this is overpriced and bland. No wonder why no one will queue for this restaurant. So empty, so unappetising but I still go for it to see how this seemingly healthier option would taste.This costed 75$ and all it has was cherry tomato, beyond meat(beef dice*3 and chicken slices *4), cashew nuts, a hell lot of OLIVES. The sauce was in the two plastic containers and it smelled too sour and awkward. The taste was off so I didnt dare to put it in. So... I dont think I will ever eat this again. And I doubt whether this store can last when its competitors which are less pricy, more appetizing and tastier are well supported by diners.

除咗漢堡之外，仲提供多款沙律🍀我地今次試咗～💚韓式烤素牛肉漢堡 $125 ~ Beyondburger 同泡菜出奇地夾，辣辣地，好好食😋💚扒鮮茄素雞辣根汁芝士漢堡 $125 ~ 個包好足料，加埋芥辣汁同純素芝士，唔錯👍🏻跟餐仲有我至愛嘅蕃薯條😍留意返 ，HSBC卡仲有九折㗎😉K11 Musea有純素雪糕、漢堡、cruelty free 外套，遲啲仲會開埋Future Bar by Green Common ，各位素友有福喇💕

As the food court is still new and many stores still not open me and my friend wondered around what to eat. Everything else was the usual food court cuisine so this vegan burger joint really caught our attention. I ordered 2 different burgers to try and they were both delicious and the staff were very friendly. Would come back for sure .

Food quality is far from proportional with the price. Food texture is far from perfect. They even omitted black triffle in black triffle burger, which isabsolutely unacceptable with a huge price tag. The only thing that made them gaining back a little merit is that the staff apologised for that and serve us with a new burger. Won’t turn back for next time.
