Went to the bar for drinks to celebrate my friend's birthday. The staff were impolite and rude to us from the minute we sat down.  The cocktails we ordered were tasteless. It felt like they were watered down. It was overpriced for the fact that you could not taste the alcohol from the cocktail at all. Because of the current pandemic guidelines, the restaurant had to close at 10pm. We were getting ready to leave and the staff approached us and told us we had to leave in an incredibly rude tone. (There were about 10 other better ways they could have asked the customers that the restaurants is closing at 10pm and we had to leave). No "sorry" or "excuse me" was said. This was one of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I would no recommend this restaurants to anyone.

疫情期間想找返个靚靚夜景陪襯下。

原首選北京道一号Aqua。

但Fully Book。

唯有次選isquare EyeBar. roofbar 環境超正。

作為港人既你必打卡之選。

居高臨下，夠晒氣氛。

重點系抱環維港夜色。

另外加送8pm全高抄維港激光表演。

完全減哂壓。

中西南海一号美食物再加2 round cokctail飲料,員工招待十分满意及貼心，態度欣勤。

值得一讚! 下次也会再次光顧此店。

欣賞埋日落美景。

依間位於30樓，喺中餐廳的出面。

我之前冬天的時候去，幾大風，吹到頭髮都亂。

依家夏天去，微風陣陣，終於個頭唔亂了。

我飲依杯是mocktail，有少少荔枝味仲有dd番石榴味。

如果路過尖沙咀吃完飯，可以三五知己上來飲返杯。

I went there with my GF.It had been raining before and all tables were wet.Once ln the terrace, stunned with the views, we took some pictures first.The staff, probably the most rude and impolite ever, kept urging us, asking what we wanted to order.Instead of wiping some table (all wet) or giving us some recommendation while checking the menu, he even dared to tell us that we couldn’t just come and take pictures, claiming that the terrace was for ‘Business only’.We felt so insulted and mistreated that we decided to walk out immediately.Very nice views, but blocked by the rudest and less welcoming staff ever.I will never go back or recommend anybody to go there.The management has no clue on what HOSPITALITY business means.

尋日一行五人(我一個香港人同四個外藉留學生)喺九龍想搵rooftop bar飲下嘢，見倒好似幾好就上左黎。

利申返其實個景係幾靚。

但入返正題先。

我哋五個都係好捨得洗錢食食飲飲嘅人。

不過由於個景好靚，朋友們第一次上黎就掛住影下相，先再叫野飲。

一入到黎就已經有個光頭嘅男waiter好唔客氣咁闆我哋飲啲乜。

由於朋友們影梗相，我就話我地睇下先轉頭丫，順便問左句有冇分happy hour，因為當時係6pm。

Waiter就好惡劣嘅態度話我哋冇啲咁嘅野，得一個menu！咁我就話好啦我地睇睇先唔該。

但個waiter冇行開，只係退後左一步，就一路企喺度好似監視住我地咁，眼神既不友善又冇離開過我哋！總之就不停催促落單嘅感覺，驚死你唔嗌野。

Anyway我心目中已揀好左野飲，都係平時飲開野嘅價錢百零蚊杯冇咩特別，咁我就諗住等朋友們影哂相睇好揀好先一次過叫，喺呢個時候，嗰個waiter又過黎，對住我話，其實我地喱度係打開門做生意！你哋唔可以只係影相！其實你諗唔諗住叫野？我聽倒真係咩意慾都冇哂！都唔知咩服務態度，不知所謂！前後都係五分鐘，全程被監視同埋好似覺得我哋唔會叫野，好似當我哋好cheap冇錢俾咁，我心諗，我同我啲朋友平時食野都唔只咁嘅價錢啦，唔通我問下有冇happy hour就唔值得有任何服務？之後拉大隊走人，去左aqua，飲到8pm叫左3round，再去食飯，以後唔會再黎，喱度嘅service令人煩擾，亦唔會再帶任何到訪嘅朋友黎。
