My friend and I went there to have lunch on a weekday.While we were looking at the menu, we saw a salad bar.We asked the waiter and he said the salad bar and the set lunch were only for the staff of New World Group.We were eating (expensively) in a staff canteen.I think 90% of the customers at the time were NW staff.Stupid choice.I asked some water and was told only paid water was available, while NW staff were served water free of charge.We ordered soup and pasta.The soup came and we asked for some bread.Again, you have to pay for the bread.It's the first time I've had a soup without the bread in a restaurant that charges almost $200 for a pastaTo cut the story short, we ordered 2 soups, 2 pastas and 2 house wines and it cost me almost HK$1000.I swear I won't have a full meal there again, esp lunch.It's not a very attractive idea to eat in an expensive staff canteen, is it?A drink or two may be OK.
為左年初二睇煙花, 搵左好耐先搵到個岩o既地方, 唔係full 晒就太貴, 又想要outdoor 氣氛好d .. 終於同花輪同學去左blues by the bay ,其實睇左食評都知麻麻 ..不過當睇煙花算數la但係睇果陣indoor d 人出晒黎 , 我地都要企o向樹睇, 所以出年可能會去第二度lu頭盤 :焗蠔蟹柑 個蠔ok, 唔會焗得過左火, 仲keep 到蠔o既鮮味, 但個蟹柑就好明顯係買返黎炸果d ,勁硬三文魚caesar salad 未食過d 咁難食o既salad ,好似溝左水咁 ,勁淡, 仲有個煙三文魚好似半smoke 又唔smoke 得晒咁魚肚翅 有少少九唔搭八, 冇端端變左中菜main course 牛柳 都ok. 但我叫medium ,佢就好似一邊熟 ,一邊唔熟咁.春雞 花輪同學話都幾好味, 同埋唔老law 另叫左枝紅酒,飲開o既santa helena ,有保證o既..不過果日都預左比人屈架la.. 但係收成五百幾一位, 又冇得揀. 都整好少少la ..唔介意食平野,, 但唔好咁差麻,
*放工後和朋友在這裡飲杯野傾下計環境真的很好靚靚的夜景加微風吹送食物的質素不太清楚但服務態度很好而且不用被趕走推介的吹水之地*
食完 dinner多得好友們的陪同,去了一飲因為病病的關係,唯有喝mocktail其他朋友們都點了cocktails / champagne我點了 lime daiquri其他點了 magarita on rock/snow ball/deep blue 等我的lime daiquri很好跟,像青檸sorbet,好fresh其他的,大概不會太難喝吧?因為大家都沒有不滿聊了一晚,真的好開心呢!
生日選擇間未去過嘅餐廳，以為是星光大道旅遊區，應該唔會太差，但食物真是唔掂。
裝修以籃色為主，配宮廷大水晶燈，主要用籃色高背圓型廂座梳化，籃色枱布，某些位置可望港島夜景，環境真是高級及浪漫。
我們一行五人order 下面食品:Red Wine ChileSanta Helena Cab Sa $4002 Evian $120(無普通水供應，要ORDER)Fresh Mussel in White Wine $109 (白酒煮青口，尚可)Naan Bread $28 Garlic Bread $28King Prawn Salad $108 (大蝦沙律，最好，雖然蝦只有手指粗，有芒果，沙律醬)Minsetrone $72, Black Cod$156(魚過得去)Rack of Lamb $172 (羊架鞋)New Zealand Fillet $248 (牛柳又鞋又無牛味，又有渣，已經5成熟)Thai Vegetable Curry $98(較甜，not hot)Pork Rib in Fresh herb$108(香草豬脾肉，買相似客家好棧，但客棧好味的)1 Rice $15Thai Dessert Platter $168 (因投訴牛柳，經理送) 上碟賣相，不似SOHO 西餐廳，無薯蓉，主要以紅黃綠燈籠椒配菜。
約10時，有琴師伴唱，以為好正，個位琴司，全無尊業，都唔知彈乜，又無心機唱，真失敗(以前去面譜餐廳個位琴師，真是敬業樂業)
