Order a cake for baby’s bday celebration! We chose this place just because we could pick it up in early morning on the way to friend’s place in Tseung Kwan O. These days, it seems as every celebration gathering is done in the morning, ughhh. Anyway, pick up was easily done by showing the receipt. This Mango Millefeuille was good for 45 people. Pastry was crispy and biscuitlike as it should be although it could’ve been more puffy/buttery. Cream was not overwhelmingly sweet, but the right amount of sweet. However, mangoes were sour! Maybe they used unripe mango to keep the shape, but even then they were too sour. So, overall, it was an ok cake. Probably will try their different Millefeuille cake next time.

放左工想食啲小吃，記得之前經過supermarket 見到有茜牛，一心林住去買啦！點知俾個好立克泡芙吸引左，買左個黎試下，我之前試過啲泡芙皮係林治治，一咬落去就扁曬，真傻唔係好掂🤦🏻♀️但估唔到佢呢個做得唔錯，仲keep 到脆脆的，仲有好香口既杏仁片，最重要係入面個cream 好滑溜，好似食緊軟雪糕咁，不過佢好快溶，大家要同時間競賽，如果唔係會好似我咁，整到成手都係😅不過如果個好立克味再濃啲就perfect啦！我細細個時會直接拍好立克粉既細路，可能食慣左，所以大個都偏好濃味多啲😂
This was not a tasting but you could consider it as a tasting because they had samples available.It was good there were samples because coriander is not everyone's cup of tea.Interestingly,the label in the cabinet says cilantro while the poster says coriander.Anyway I liked the poster because it really gets peoples attention.Luckily there were samples and the filling was quite good but I found the buttery aroma too overwhelming.
《URBAN Bake n Take》一直都想試 但次次夜晚去親都無抹茶蛋糕今日想去撞下彩 睇下有無~點知有wow!!仲要做緊買一送一即刻買黎試下啦Green Tea The Hulk $38Greentea cream比例多過蛋糕，而且好濃密，吾係軟淋淋個隻食完你會發現成個蛋糕係得啲原味cream係甜的Greentea cream同蛋糕係無乜甜度！但其實撈cream食係啱啱好失望既係我以為蛋糕上面個d係曲奇碎~點知係蛋糕碎咋如果係曲奇碎既話就有apple crumble既口感個人認為蛋糕比例可以多少少，因為太多cream食完好滯同埋蛋糕部分幾好味
URBAN BAKERY的牛角包一向好吃, 但這次來試試其出品的芒果鮮果酥 (HK$18)收費比一件牛角包還要高, 不過份量都幾大個, 拿上手又幾重.上方的芒果粒堆得滿滿的, 雖然是加了糖但吃起來芒果味都幾突出, 外層的酥十分脆身又沒有雪得淋PAT PAT不過中間就有一大堆忌廉, 質地很實在, 但因為太多的關係,吃完有點膩整體來說都算不錯的, 但如果選擇的話下次還是吃回牛角包好了.
