This is by far the worst restaurant ever in terms of service! We went there for yum cha in the morning and encountered the following problems:1) We came with two seniors, one in a wheelchair, and there was no service upon entry. No seating, no welcoming whatsoever. It was as if we were all invisible.2) A pot of rice was billed twice. We ordered two pots, but one of them was sold out. They almost charged us for both pots! When we voiced our concern to the manager, he shoved us aside rudely as if we were lying, as if their staff is always right!3) There is a counter where you can order food yourself instead of ordering it. The "cooks" there were also rude. We stood there for 5 mins trying to order various items and everyone pretended as if we were invisible.4) Upon paying the bill, we took some time to ensure that everything was billed correctly. When the waitress came back with the change, we tried to leave extra $4 tip (for a $140 bill) on top of the 10% service charge, even though the service was terrible. The waitress wouldn't accept the coins and gave them back to us, as if it wasn't enough. How arrogant!!Unbelievably horrible service!!! Unfortunately the quality of the food isn't good enough to compensate for the service. I can't believe a restaurant with such attitude can still survive in this day and age! Especially in Taikoo Shing. This restaurant had better shut down for the sake of all customers. I'm going to complain to the tourism office such that they will never be awarded the QTS Scheme sign.Restaurants like this ruin the reputation of all restaurants in Hong Kong. Shame shame shame!!!

have to agree with 亞婆on the captain.i had dinner with dad last month celebrating his belated birthday. two of us ordered twoperson set dinner, with sharkfin and everything.food ok, although we overheard a waiter telling another table that there was no more dessert, somehow they managed to gave us two red bean soup, becos our set dinner included dessert.anyway, the funniest thing is when we pay the bill, there were charges on tea/chilly sauce and on appetizer (peanuts), but we have no peanuts given to us. i know usually almost all restaurants charge little sour appetizer or peanuts. but i seldom dine at the restaurant and they dont charge for that during yum cha.so i thought they dont charge for peanuts and didnt asked when we first sat down.when i asked, i believe it's the same midage captain wearing glasses, he just looked elsewhere, and when i repeat my questions, he just point at the chilly sauce and said it's the appetizer.i was stunned, but didnt want to ruin the night celebrating with my dad. so i paid up.normally i'd be glad to pay that extra for the appetizer or peanuts, at least they gave us something. but this time, we dont even see the peanuts, and they just charge me double for the chilly sauce/peanuts? when we left, i asked an older manager who was standing beside the cash counter, he explained that they charge for peanuts but sorry that they we weren't given peanuts.i felt so dumb and should have confronted that midage punk on the double charge. damn.services by all others are fine, just that captain punk...
上星期日到太古城探朋友, 因有老人家, 要吃廣東菜, 所以就到了這酒樓吃晚飯, 看到夥計懶洋洋, 招呼差, 叫食又物溜單, 追佢又懶理, 沒有該種食物供應又沒告訴客人, 起菜慢, 普通一頓飯八個人, 八個菜, 消磨二個多鐘等, 其實這種情況在酒樓都會經常發生, 但是並不是只發生在我們身上, 同時間, 有四張枱都是遇些情況而投訴, 有些客人更是火起, 在身邊四周只有十來張枱 , 比率十分多不是, 可能恃為獨市, 被投訴多次亦無改進, 該死! 加佢租! 等佢醒吓 , 一係開多間酒樓頂佢!
居於太古城多年,眼見不少食肆都捱不到反而太古城海天皇宮尚生存實在只能用奇跡形容。
飲茶食了八樣物品,11點前的特價品和11點後的特價品一樣,埋單要$180,真係冇話可說。
食物當然是國內輸入品,味道當然不會好過便利店,再加送味精一杯,唯一值得安慰的是這裡提供的舊式點心舊式服務對於居於附近的長者來說,算是有一個悠悠聚腳地。
也許這裡的待應也比較年長,大家多幾分互讓互諒,為此,不評差!
本人數月前同蝦子餅去試過飲早茶.評語:極之同意食友燒炆蒸的食評,簡直"貼切".而呢間酒樓可以仍然生存,可用2個字形容,就係"奇蹟"0勒!
