I ordered the Sweet Smile Pancake ($43), which is the original flavor with the choice of chocolate or vanilla cream. The portion was unexpectedly large and after eating it, I was so stuffed. The Sweet Smile Pancake includes 2 souffle pancakes, 2 scoops of cream, 2 large marshmellows, cornflakes, and chocolate sauce. The pancakes were light and fluffy, which was a nice contrast to the heavy and rich cream. They were generous in giving two whole scoops of cream, which enabled you to pair the cream with each bite of pancake. The cornflakes and marshmellows also complemented the pancakes well.It is completely heavenly, and is as good as the famous chain stores for souffle pancakes, like Flippers, Gram, A Happy Pancake etc, but AT HALF PRICE of those chain stores!!Although the waiting time is 30 minutes, which is the average time for most souffle pancakes anywhere, it was completely worth it.
