Came here for dinner and got a room reserved. It’s not a convenient location, but i was told they have some special traditional dishes here. Always admire the wisdom of 古人, so I was pretty looking forward to it. The 白汁豬肺湯 is good, nice almond flavor and milk taste. can encore.The signature dish here is called 國寶鴨, which need to be preordered. It’s stuffed with different kind of beans and dried scallops and cooked for four hours. It’s nice but not surprisingly good I would say. Presentation is pretty nice tho. The smoke fish is pretty special and interesting. The presentation is good but tastewise is so so or maybe I am not a big fan of fish. Think I love the soup most throughout the meal

生炒骨聽落是好普通的菜色 但其實好考廚師手藝！今次係大角嘴食到目前本人覺得最好味生炒骨因為有齊三個元素1）掛汁（拔絲)2）外面鬆脆 （炸粉好薄）3）入面肉好鬆有肉汁（唔乾）後來同店長傾談，原來用左自家製萍果醋 難怪個汁很美味
菜式都好好食但因為那天人比較多就沒有打算要拍食物照片不過來了這碟原隻蒸扇貝就忍不住要拍下😂😂😂很大粒而且蒸得剛剛剛好！其實我們當晚還食了幾道海鮮每款都很新鮮印象很深的是每道都有很輕微的辣做調味所以鮮味好似更突出了~~.🎂富貴夜明珠另一道很特別的菜式因為很特別就點了一個讓生日的朋友吹蠟燭😂😂其實是一個巨形煎堆不太甜外層有芝麻而且比較脆裡面就比較軟身同甜如果生日的朋友不知道有這個菜式應該會非常驚喜~!.喜聚坊📍大角咀利得街1012號地舖
今日訂咗個$4888套餐，另加太子魚肚！ 每碟都好好食，又足料！ 咁既價錢同質素，而家真係好難搵！個太子魚肚，果然令人好驚喜！ 蒸扇貝時間又教得岩岩好！ 成餐都令人好滿意
滿久以前已經久仰京酥國寶鴨的大名，還以為只有晚市私房菜，後來才知道原來這裡也有午市供應，幾十蚊就試到私房菜手藝，梗係狗仔咁衝啦！（其實都衝左十次八次，今次的起心肝寫食評😂）我們一行4人，其中比較受歡迎的就是果醋豬排。
這裡的果醋絕對不會有嗆酸的味道，反而滿滿蘋果的香甜可口，十分開胃。
後來同老闆娘吹水先知，他們一大煲扔三、四十個去芯蘋果，汁液煮成金黃色，這還用來烹煮晚市的招牌黑毛豬菜式，所以極有質素保證！而我這次點了菜莆帶子炒飯，這跟外面茶記的炒飯完全是兩個層次。
菜莆吊起整個炒飯的味道，份量恰當，絕不死鹹；飯量不單止夠大份，材料都好足，計起黎每啖飯都有幾粒貝柱，配搭菜莆與翠玉瓜的爽脆，口感豐富，非常滿足。
另外大家一致認同的名物，就是叉燒滑蛋飯，雞蛋香滑，拌飯一流。
除了上述的午餐，午市餐單目測都有不下20款選擇，價錢大約$5070，是怕有選擇困難多過怕無心水。
基本上，這裡已是飯堂之一，至少京酥國寶鴨，揪夠人一定會試！
