Mustard Cafe and Bar is a very cozy and quality restaurant in the Tai Hang neighbourhood with very attentive service. The sea urchin pasta is one of the best that I have tried in town. The Lobster Mac and Cheese was also delicious with a bit of twist from the traditional one. It had a rich lobster bisque base but not being too cheesy. 一直都好中二呢間bar嘅氣氛所以今晚要同朋友黎chill下🍻簡簡單單嘅一個小廚房就可以煮到各式各樣美味嘅菜餚每道菜都好高水準1. Deep cried camembert, cranberry 炸芝士外脆內軟！用cranberry sauce做配搭好新穎好fresh2. Jumbo lump crab cake 蟹餅佢真係啖啖蟹肉好足料好有誠意3. Manila Clams.Pancette. Couscous 蜆d蜆漲卜卜好有口感，而且佢個湯底好特別係用左薏米黎煮，我成碗汁飲哂，超高質4. Lobster “Mac N Cheese”聽聞呢間野嘅pasta問好食，但我就點左個Mac N Cheese，細細碟重芝士味所以好full！因為佢芝士味好重，所以配埋白酒就一流喇
海膽意粉絕對會係令我想再次返去食既原因❤️海膽夠新鮮，唔洗撈均個汁都creamy得黎帶有海膽既鮮味！唔係個啲擺幾粒海膽上面扮下野就收人貴啲既餐廳😂另外個西班牙紅蝦意粉都唔惹少，紅蝦好大隻，爽口彈牙😋意粉韌度岩岩好，個醬汁有好濃郁既紅蝦蝦膏味，濃稠度適中，意粉亦索哂啲醬汁，超正👍🏻👍🏻
