七月中(陰)前天很「早」才上床，第二天又晨早爬起來工作，自知頭腦不清醒會影響表現，所以盤算在上「學」途上的咖啡室停停，買杯咖啡，叉叉電好上路。

名叫The Garden Cafe 的咖啡店不是第一次來了不久前還在附近讀書，間中也會來這裡開飯；也因為有兩位很敬重的老師習慣來這裡偷啡，總覺得這間她們喜愛的小店頭上戴着個美麗光環。

今早未能像兩位良師般悠閒地嘆咖啡，只能匆匆而去，實在可惜。

步進小店，友善的咖啡師迎來打個招呼；急忙點了杯skimmed latte外賣，他動作也跟著快，淘好錢那刻咖啡就準備好；多得他，我也順利準時上「學」去。

喝杯深受老師厚愛的latte要二十八元，不便宜，但不是沒原故 看著barista用的是Pura脫脂奶，在超市價錢偏貴，但質素也成正比，香濃厚滑。

手中的latte，咖啡味只是若隱若現，也許已被濃郁的奶味完全蓋過；奶泡也打得不算幼滑，不過整體latte的口感醇厚，每一口都飽滿得很，即使在炎炎夏日依然給人一種溫暖又幸福的飽足感。

喝完，肚子充實了，頭腦也不知怎的清醒起來是因為杯中的濃濃熱奶，又或真的是杯底那少許咖啡因在作崇？杯中的咖啡原來不覺間已喝光，也有好一陣子未試過完成一整杯了 這杯咖啡也令我想起從前無憂的歲月，以及兩位令我得著良多的老師。

未知她們倆是否依舊像昨日一樣，天天都來偷一杯啡？

由中環行自動電梯上到去羅便臣道，有點口渴，入去飲左杯smoothieBlue Mango有apple，lime，mango & blueberyy，幾清新，唔太甜。

雖然有幾種生果係到，mango味並無被蓋過，幾好飲。

不過都幾貴，要成$30呢間細cafe幾乎係附近唯一o既選擇，都唔錯，不過就無必要突登走黎呢到o羅

早上, 上了西摩道幫老闆處理一些小事, 早到了, 行登山電梯行到一身水. 是需要找個地方坐坐的. 正好, 樓下有間悠閒小Cafe, 未食早餐的我正要吃一點, 才能夠充實新一天.牛角包加Latte, 沒什麼人來來往往, 老外帶著小狗, 有一兩個跑完步回來, 這就是半山人的悠閒生活乎?牛角包, size大隻, Latte 都幾香滑. 坐上 20分鐘, 一杯熱Latte, 同香口牛角包, 正好把行上山的疲態Contra了.地方雖小, 但有電腦, 有輕快音樂, 半山的早上, 是中西區鬧市中, 少有的清閒 (至少不會特登由中環跑上半山食早餐吧).

I've been to The Garden cafe on Robinson Road (Seymour Rd) about 45 times. The first two times I tried 4 different kinds of sandwiches and enjoyed them very much. I was pleasantly surprised to find that even vegetarian sandwiches can be delicious! They used very high quality and fresh salads and added subtle flavours to the sandwich with things like capers and this simply divine slice of cheese in the Vegetarian sandwich which makes even a simple vegetarian sandwich so much more enjoyable than any one that I've had anywhere else. I also really like their Smoked Salmon bagel, it's amazing how detailed their food is, everything seems to be specially selected. The bagel I had had a beautiful texture and lightly flavoured with herbs, the sauce and cheese complimented the delicious salmon very well as well. As their ingredients are so fine and their food prepared with so much detail, I think their food is very much worth their price. Their sandwiches are about $1520 whereas sandwiches in places like Mix (2 sandwiches per box for over $35)'s sandwiches and food don't use such fine ingredients and don't have those subtle flavours that the Garden has. Also, their coffee is soooo good! I don't think it's overpriced either, their coffee is top notch quality imported from Italy. I can't believe so many people buy disgusting, overpriced coffee from Starbucks, they really need to try the Garden's coffee instead! Their smoothes which I've tried several times are also very tasty, fresh and refreshing! And last but not least, I really like location of the restaurant and its atmosphere. It's very peaceful and quiet, a very nice escape from the chaos and buzz of Central. Also nice to go with a few friends for a quiet evening over coffee and smoothies. I adore this cafe and I agree with one of the previous comments saying that it's the best cafe of its kind!!

below comment for the branch in seymour rdwanna leisure sunday lunch, therefore went up to the mid levelstried the branch in lyndhurst terrace before and this one is a lot more smaller but still very neat and tidyfinally moved to the only sofa seats, ordered :1) spinach quichejust so so and need to ask for salt to bring out the taste.the pastry can't stand out with its layers' texture.personally, i like the one in cafe lavenxxx2) fresh upa smoothies blended with pineapple, raspberry, mint leaves, appleslightly thick in texture that proved with rich ingredientstaste was dominated by the refreshing sweet and sour flavor with a very gentle mint after tastethe only bad thing abt the drink was the seeds of the raspberry that made the whole glass very rough, couldn't actually be claimed as smoothies but consumed the whole glass in few sucks, enjoyed~~3) oat cereal smoothiesin order to finish the magazine, ordered another smoothies seriesit's a mixture of oat, soymilk, honey, bananalittle thick texture, not sweetevery ingredients came in a gentle blend, but you could easily feel the oat aroma and soymilk would say the quality of the smoothies is more reliable because the pinky banana i tried before is also impressiveenjoyed the relaxing and quiet lunch with my tired eyes looking up the spacious apartment a the opposite of the shop, seeing passersby moving along the pavement and making day dreams
