No doubt Pizzeria Itália has one of the best and most authentic Italian food in town, be it pasta or its deliciously baked selection of pizzas.Takeaway experience, on the other hand, goes in a total opposite direction of what the food tastes like Cold, passiveaggressive hostess makes it a miserable experience to order or take away food. After all, the place ain’t that spacious and comfortable to dinein, no?Take away Cutlery?? You gotta be kidding them! It’s an OFFENSE to ask for those recyclable (wood anyone??) cutlery for your takeaway spaghetti or delicious chocolate cake...I understand Italians will devour pizza barehanded, but trust me, eating spaghetti, penne or a dessert with your hands is not a nice thing to try. Even 711 will happily provide you such cheap plastic or wooden forks and knives. Pizzeria Itália? No. It’s an offense to ask for such uneccessary takeaway items.Pst, Big secret: of you insist, the hostess will provide you some, but making sure you’re “lucky” she’s able to find some last ones for ya.Yeah, baby. Great food. Terrible attitude. Management needs to sort it out while they’re lucky to be in business in such a Italianrestaurantfull community.

At over HK100, the pesto pasta offered a bad value; it was small, had too dry a texture, and lacked basil/pine favors.To top it off, this restaurant didn’t have any plastic fork for takeout pasta!It’s probably safer to try their pizzas, that seem to be their specialty.
我唔係好鍾意去啲連鎖大餐廳，因為有時啲菜式太商業化，反而去啲unique啲，細細地但又俾到驚喜你！ 呢間Pizzeria Italia係我食過最好食嘅Pizza餐廳，佢有好多唔同嘅pizza俾你揀，仲有大細size可以滿足唔同食量嘅你！餐廳細細但好好坐，啲waiters好好禮貌同會介紹吓有咩好食！ 我就鍾意食有pepperoni加重chesse同辣椒(唔記得個名！)仲有佢嘅沙律同前菜都好好味，好新鮮！最好就梗係約齊班friend一齊食就可以食多幾款！
