Here's our menu for a party of 16:1. Steak Tartar with caviar and (parmesan cheese serves on the side)2. Pork Meatball Capellini with homemade tomato sauce 3. Watermelon Gazpacho (parmesan cheese serves on the side)4. Soft Shell Crab with caper aioli and (parsley serves on the side)5. Roast Bresse Chicken with figs and (goat cheese serves on the side)My hope was high when I entered because you can tell he owner has created a cozy yet sophisticated place.The dining experience however, turned out to be a total disappointment. 1.Steak tartar wasn't cold enough.For a dish that's so easy to prepare:2/5 points2.Meatball was marinated nicely.Unfortunately, the meat was too lean resulting in a dry meatball.The capellini was way too soft. 3/5 points3.Watermelon caspacho was quite balanced.I think it's the best dish of the night. 3/5 points4.Soft shell crab.I was served a half piece deep fried crab that's already cold.0/5 points5.The roast chicken was actually a small piece of chicken breast?? I couldn't tell if it's chicken after I put it in my mouth.It resembled nothing remotely close to chicken neither in taste or texture.It was so rubbery!The waiter asked me what's wrong and that they wanted honest opinion, so I told him just that. 0/5 pointsNo dessert as we brought a birthday cake.We also brought our own wines.Each person paid $880 + 10% SC = $1000/ person All the fancy decoration and bone china just made this whole dining experience that much more ironic.

友人生日，上個月BOOK咗一間神秘餐廳食飯。
餐廳位於中環半山的一座型格服務式住宅中，話佢神秘，解因住在半山的朋友們都要到達餐廳先知道～～「原來有間餐廳喺度！！」當晚一行12人食飯，餐廳話最多可以SERVE16 人。
每晚就只做一枱。
裝修好有品味，不過我嚟食飯，唔喺食裝修嘅，即刻睇吓個MENU先！由於唔夠位，所以無放甜品相，總括嚟講，各方面都非常好，尤其適合一班FRIENDS想舒舒服服食飯又唔會有其他人騷擾。
最近有朋友去食飯話啱啱轉咗新MENU！睇嚟係時候約大班人去試試。
早前朋友激約我往新我房宴會廳CASA試菜，結果無論係視覺或味覺上都令人十分難忘! 男朋友生日，於是一個星期前預早BOOK 咗CASA ，約埋一班朋友同佢慶祝生日，比佢一個驚喜!CASA 位處半山ACTS SERVICED APARTMENT 入面。
一打開CASA 門口，看到的是一張最多可容納16人既dinning table。
深啡色既長飯枱再加上16張不同款式的椅子與及燭臺，整個感覺好似走入咗一個古典與摩登交織出來的地方一樣，豪華而又親切，好似係自己dining room 宴客，但卻享受體貼的5星級服務! 好奇問過CASA 既服務員椅子既來源，方知16張椅子乃係老闆特地搜羅回來，是19世紀至今的古董!!(大家記得坐落去時要小心D啦!!)由於廚師要準備菜料，大多客人都要預早5日前BOOK 枱! 服務員提供咗三款菜單給我選擇: RUSTIC ITALIAN, SUMMER MEDITERRANEAN 及 FRUITS DE MER，分必46 courses。
三款MENU都有唔同既特色。
由於男朋友尤其喜愛CLAMS，所以選擇了MENU A RUSTIC ITALIAN 來宴客! RUSTIC ITALIAN每個人頭大概$600+10%!雖然有少少貴，但係特別日子，再加上星級服務古典豪華既裝潢，與及難得同聚既朋友及食物既星級水準，值回票價有餘且不枉此行!!!第一道菜POTS OF CLAMS一人一鍋CLAMS, 男朋友見佢最鍾意食既CLAMS 即刻忍唔住要KO佢，仲要係一人一鍋 見到都好開心! 廚師見男朋友好似好鍾意食，於是好體貼咁特別為壽星公奉上幾個餐包，比佢點埋D汁食! 的確，clam不但新鮮，d汁更加係精華，是最佳的dipping sauce!!第二道菜grilled asparagus呢一道係我最喜爰的菜式! 煎香咗既asparagus 加上香菇，只係香味，都已經令人垂涎三尺!! asparagus 十分嫩口，再加上black truffle sauce，味道濃而不膩! 讚!! (不過對於愛吃呢道菜既我，份量略少 )第三道菜grilled quail第一次咁食quail, 結實而質嫩既口感，由於quail size比雞小型，sauce與肉的比例剛剛好，唔會太淡，亦唔會喧賓奪主! roasted 咗既radicchio，有陣陣既香味而食落回甘!! i like it!! 廚師jaime將呢道菜準備好後，一大盤推出來，在各賓客面前分碟! 好有私家廚師既感覺!!! 令到我呢個host好有面子呢!! 廚師jaime是美國人，風趣幽默，令整個體驗更深刻難忘!!DessertRocky Road Sundae w/ marshmallow & Chocolate cookies!難忘既點品，令整個menu畫上完美既休止符! 剛焗好內軟外脆既cookies，下面夾了一層冰冷的chocolate icecream, 最低層是hot brownie! 呢種熱與冷的fusion, 再加上甜與苦的融合，是最佳的甜品組合!!!! 十萬個讚!!歷時三個幾四小時的dinner, 大家係一個完全私人的宴會廳，無須顧忌嘈音問題，盡情享受大家相聚既幾小時，男朋友話呢個係佢過得最開心的生日 !! 聽服務員說，casa還有wii/ ps3提供，客人可以自備games 去玩!!
