Working in the part of Kowloon Bay surrounded by industrial buildings, my colleagues and I are often amazed by the variety and quality of food in these buildings. This time, we had a really nice and filling lunch experience at 曼谷廚房工房. The restaurant even has a Thai train nested inside! You could board this train and take the tables there if you are lucky.There are a few lunch menus, hence plenty of choices! And this is one of the menus.This bowl of gourmet was absolutely amazing! The meaty Hainan chicken was so smooth and tender, and the Hainanese dip for it was legit! Very enjoyable!And the pork thigh was equally good. Fat but not greasy skin wrapping really tender pork underneath. Yum! And the sweet sauce topped up the pork thigh as well as the rice.The portion of rice was huge! Note to self: ask for less rice next time.We topped up for Iced Thai Milk Tea with just HKD$6, and this was absolutely worth it. The milk tea was very smooth, and had a light vanilla scent. So smoothing on a hot summer midday time!
