其實喺中環大把西餐有得食所以喺度多是選擇亞洲風味的菜色。

呢度嘅海南雞飯其實都係要一試嘅菜式之一。
平時成日行過，但完全冇諗過外國記者會Foreign Correspondent's Club係有餐廳😳但只開放俾會員入去，突然有機會跟同事去，就等我掀開佢嘅神秘面紗啦😆第1樣係creme brulee,超好食！😋面頭嘅焦糖好脆，但又唔會因為燒得太燶而有苦味燉蛋部分有好多香草籽，所以有好香濃嘅vanilla味仲要夾埋mixed berries一齊食，酸酸地可以中和返啲甜味，真係好正👏🏻冇記錯只係賣$39，CP值超高👍🏻第2樣係Vegetarian Pie，冇諗過佢寫係pie，但就好似薯蓉咁中間係蕃茄雜菜+impossible meat，雖然酸酸地，但都未足以中和薯蓉嘅膩所以最後食左一半就飽左第3樣係mushroom salad, 雖然有少少sour cream做salad dressing, 但就唔係好夠味，要自己落黑醋汁去調味😅
My friend is a member here so she could take me for a lunch today~the building is culfural & historic and the interior decoration for Christmas is also fantastic. We came here at 1130am so there was not so many people yet. My friend told me that the Indian food is quite famous here so I ordered a small portion of curry chicken tikka masala～And yes! The quality is way better than the normal Indian restaurant and even the small portion is enough for me. I think the place is very spacious, private and full of memories as you could have a really nice tour of the history by enjoying the photos won the Pulitzer Prize~The price is also reasonable! Overall a super cozy and nice place to have a chat and meal with friends!
Usually head to the FCC with my mum as she is a member so we have been going for many years and have a chance to taste a lot of dishes on their wide and big menu. It sometimes is difficult to choose what to eat as there as so many dishes and cuisines to choose from. This stroganoff I found was cooked nicely. The beef was cooked well and there were no fatty or tough bits to it. I really liked the sauce that came with it. Service is always normal standard, kind of old staff. Presentation of food could be worked on for this dish though, but taste is there.
After Chablis 2017 last week, I went to happy hours with a friend in a pub with British Colonial design and we had a bottle of Louis Moreau Chablis 2018 ($380). This vintage had a good hint of apple and pear (vs 2017’s lemon and citrus). We also had a dish of fried ho fan with sliced beef and bean sprouts ($85). It didn’t make you feel oily in particular yet the ho fan was very well fried as it didn’t take much effort to eat with a spoon and a fork.
