買0左個6”朱古力truffle cake.蛋糕共六層, 三層朱古力海綿蛋糕(好鬆軟) 夾住三層朱古力醬(幾滑,不太甜但夠濃). 個餅D 朱古力好好味,係real chocolate0既味, 唔係平時一般鏈鎖店用0既compound chocolate 0既味. 而且輕漂漂的海綿蛋糕同D 朱古力醬夾得剛剛好.不太heavy之如又滿足了我的朱古力癮! 不過他們的whole cake比cut cake吸引…建議大家去先去www.lavieenrose.com.hk 看看. 網站有講店主的story (see 傳媒報道), 相當感人; 蛋糕中都feel到份真誠~~ 下次有朋友生日不防試一試!6" cake $200.
這裏的mousse cake o係第度真係搵唔到，感覺好輕，唔會太杰身，美味美味．未來過呢度之前對mousse cake冇咩好感，覺得會好漏，食完之後，真刻愛上佢，試過ｏ係其他餐廳又心思思想點mousse cake，但每次都失望而回，以後都只係食佢lu.推介佢的chocolate mousse cake, 好香,好濃,鐘意朱古力甜品的人一定鐘意．另外佢的strawberry mousse cake, 味道好清, 最o岩夏天食.仲有佢的tofu cheese cake, 唔太漏, 係店中mousse cake以外不錯的選擇. 佢的佈置令人有種好悠閒的感覺, tea time o岩哂
I found this pastry shop is quite Original compare to all the others that claimed to be French. I don\'t understand why all those French pastry shops in HK make cheese cake as you won\'t be able to find cheese cake in France. Generally speaking the cakes at Le Vie en Rose is quite good, not too sweet and original, but the decoration of the cakes should be improved.
