Seriously dislike the fact that Basehall is using disposable containers for dinein. If you’re going to charge high prices for highminded food, then at least provide proper bowls and plates which don’t create more waste. Even if it’s recyclable waste. Also mixed feelings about losing Grappa’s grand beautiful performance stage. Food itself is decent if pricey, and environment is comfortable and super clean. Tip: order and pay online beforehand on their website. Otherwise likely have to wait in line. 雨天懶得離開有蓋地區，下午兩點半，想着應該沒幾個人，可以舒舒服服堂食。誰知Basehall走極保守路線，八人桌坐兩人，還要隔枱，所以居然有六七人排隊進場。幸好我已在網上下單，立刻可以取。價格固然是太貴，是地價政策的錯，不入餐廳的帳。湯底很有誠意，比一般有深度。撲面而來的椰香加上海的鮮味，而且溫度很熱。麵是一種像瀨粉和米線混合體的麵，好咬口。料：這種blood cockles一般在東南亞才能吃到，對上一次是新加坡大排檔麵攤，這裏用上算是很有心。蝦也不錯，小小但肉是實在的，不是養蝦場好像泵水撐肥的口感。雞肉沒什麼特別。豆腐卜有點乾，應該放湯裏多煮一會兒。懶惰不想走遠又不想吃快餐/不知名肉類的話是過得去的選擇。

Selling at 128 for a bowl of noodle with a bit chicken and shrimp, and it just taste like normal Laksa.
The value for money is not great.I paid 138HKD for a standard Nasi Lemak to take away, nothing fancy. In Singapore you would get better quality and quantity for half the price.Among my two small pieces of chicken, one was overcooked with almost no meat inside and the other piece was still undercooked inside around the bone. Queue is long as the foodhall has just opened (it is crowded)And they do not accept your own container (apparently for covid reason)but their plastic container is supposedly compostable.
