五一假期同屋企人去中環行下，決定去soho食brunch,記得呢間野都多人推薦，望下個weekend brunch menu都幾吸引，試得過！叫左兩個brunch set加一個甜crepe，唔記得叫佢甜品後上，所以要食左crepe先好細份，生果比得好少，士多啤梨浸左糖水好怪，crepe皮做得唔錯，口感煙韌韌有蛋香，不過整體感覺有d求其煙三文魚benedict有水準，麵包夠脆，煙三文魚又比得大方，三文魚的咸味同中間有一層菠菜中和番，加上半熟蛋岩岩好火腿芝士牛角包就冇乜驚喜，睇個樣已經知，其實同mccafe 啲牛角包差唔多，多左醋沙律不過都算係咁，以環境同食物係soho唔算貴，服務不過不失啦，就星期六日想食brunch都係唔錯嘅選擇

位於中環Soho的Portobello是吃甜品的選擇之一，全因眼前的Toffee Banana Cake，朋友認為充滿罪惡感，我卻感到無比興奮和開心。
早年一試便愛上的它，以幼滑輕盈的忌廉，配以香蕉、香甜的拖肥，及鬆脆的消化餅批底，實在好吃。
只是略嫌今次的香蕉太少，與忌廉比例不成正比。
晚飯過後來到portobello吃甜品Toffee banoffee cake，香蕉味好濃，不過香蕉肉好像有點不新鮮，餅底好好吃，上面的mousse狀香蕉味蛋白亦不會太溜Lemon tart，挺新鮮，甜酸度剛剛好，配一點點可可醬吃也挺好味道，餅底亦好好吃另外還點了個nutella crepe，好夠熱，熱熱的nutella醬流出來，當然冇得輸，crepe烘得也夠薄，好好吃這裏環境不錯，食物也不會太貴
We randomly went there for breakfast on the Easter public holiday . I ordered from the menu a smoked salmon eggs Benedict ($128) and my friend ordered an egg croissant ($78). At the bottom of the menu, it included: regular coffee or pot of tea or fresh orange or apple juice. Therefore, we both asked for the apple juice but the waitress said there is no fresh apple juice, so we decide to have the fresh orange juice! The food and the juice are average in portion and taste. We did not expect too much with this price. When I asked for the bill, we were charged an EXTRA $100 for the orange juice!!!!! I asked the manager why are we charged and they answered professionally that the drink is included only for the breakfast set ($138), which is also written at the bottom of the menu. With this "EXTRA" drink cost, my breakfast was even more expensive than the breakfast set. Furthermore, when the waitress informed us there is no fresh apple juice, she did not warm and remind us this "extra" drink is charge separately!! I just think this menu is used to trick tourists!!! I hope no one will fall into this trap again!!
It is a nice decorated cafe with not to loud music. The atmosphere brought me inside. The staffs are just OK. Some made the unwelcome face both when I stepped in and when I asked for coffee suggestion. The food taste average. Nothing special and the portion made me feel it a bit overpriced. I tried lunch set 98$ started with Ceasar salad and maincourse and ice coffee. Ceasar salad is a bit too sour from venigar but the vegetable they gave is fresh. The pork is thin and tasteless, it guess it is a bit over cooked from the color. Fries are OK to make you full. They forgot my coffeeso it come at last. The coffee is just OK, not special but not bad, I can smell a nice aroma. Not a place that I will think of next time.
