Pololi HK is my goto spot when I am craving for some fresh poke at lunch! 100% recommend if you love tuna/salmon with some half brown rice and salad. You get a selection of different ahi or salmon poke flavoured, you pick two choices of protein then select whether you want rice or salad or half half. I love adding $15 on the side to get seaweed salad 😋😋 definitely recommend if you’re working in Central!

整一兜仔野整成個鐘都未出到，淨係係咁出d外賣公司單，叫佢退錢又吾肯退，職員態度又惡劣，一副收左你錢鐘意點就點0既款，最慘係連外賣公司d單佢都做吾切，成班外賣仔堆滿嘉咸街，個個係咁鬧都面不改容，到成粒鐘出到個餐有漏都吾止，仲要係吾好食，呢間野真係冇下次。

When you can’t decide between salad or sashimi, poke is the best sweet spot between the two.This place is the OG of poke in Hong Kong and their sauces and ahi mixes are no joke.They will rotate flavours throughout the week like traditional spicy, wasabi miso and many other Cali/Hawaii/Szechuan inspired flavours. They also have bbq meats for anyone that can’t stand raw fish, and also serves brown rice for the health conscious.Normally they have marlon, salmon or tuna helping you meet your daily protein needs.I love their friendly vibe and flavourpacked sashimi with fresh greens.The best thing is that their sauces aren’t laced with honey like some poke places and tend to be very bold with their spices.They are mainly a grab and go store (very efficient but yet ultra friendly) small seating area is available outdoors.
想食魚生飯唔一定要食日本野嘅，今日就食Poke Bowl啦!!!💚Wasabi soy salmon + creamy sesame saucePololi嘅魚生出名新鮮，而且魚生嘅份量都算幾多，有大約一半嘅魚生係腩位，加埋少少蔥花同青瓜片，食落有三文魚嘅油香之餘，又有青瓜同蔥花嘅清新平衡番。
個creamy sesame sauce就似平時食哂日式芝麻醬，味道同魚生/飯都非常夾。
今次嗌咗個half brown rice half salad，啱哂想食得健康啲人，如果想再輕盈啲，就可以直接揀salad!!! Pololi喺夏威夷喺解”肚餓”，下次你Pololi嘅話，可以去Pololi試下佢地嘅Poke Bowl😋味道: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️價錢: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
是日小編要去中環training， 聽同事講有間Poke Bowl好鬼正🤤，於是跟左佢去食👌，事前從來冇食過🧐。
選擇：一入到去目測有大概89款撈好左嘅poke（角切魚生）揀，無記錯的話有柚子、辣味、Wasabi、creamy、牛油果🥑、青檸🍋。
環境：樓面好細，要堂食的話得門外面兩條bench (冇冷氣🥵)，所以建議take away。
配搭：每bowl可以揀三款，配飯/沙律/各一半，飯有普通飯/糙米飯，小編跟同事叫左牛油果🥑+芝麻+柚子跟半飯半沙律🍚🥗（可以再加錢加份量）結論：牛油果可能落得太多蛋黃醬食唔到牛油果味同魚生味，柚子酸甜食得出有落左柚子醋，唔會掩蓋左三文魚嘅鮮味，sesame 都幾油但係好香麻油味😋，啲沙律冇落任何醬主要靠poke嘅調味🤔，飯係熱嘅壽生飯（如果凍啲就好）酸味適中每粒都好有飽足感 🤭（因此個日晏就半昏睡狀態💭），整體黎講除左牛油果之外都唔錯，個staff都好nice，98蚊黎講既健康又可以食好多魚生。
