I was dying for some fresh oysters for a while. Looked up on the internet and found this new place so give it a try.The place is cosy with sofa seating and chillout music with a big LCD TV. We ordered 6 different types of oysters....Fine de Claire, Gillardeau, Black Pearl, Special Cadoret, Coffin Bay and Smoky Bay. The first batch was fresh and nice. I specially love the Gillardeau as it's creaminess and sweetness stood out while the Fine de Claire was full of mineral flavour too. We then ordered another halfdozen of both !!!The waiter has recommended us a Sancerre White wine to go with the oysters. It was a perfect match.Besides oysters, we have also tried their Scallops Risotto with Lobster Reduction and Foie Gras Penne with Truffle Oil. Both were produced from their sister restaurant, Paul's Kitchen next door. Quality was good and pasta was al dente. We then had some desserts to finish off a wonderful eveningThey informed us that they will have many different types of seasonal fresh oysters in the future, such as Kumamoto or some US oysters.
