呢間嘅Pizza真係好好食，所以呢好想推薦大家食～同班friend一齊叫咗網上外賣平台外賣，見到最受歡迎嘅係sausage，於是就叫咗，絕對係食肉獸嘅最愛， Pizza上面有唔同嘅腸仔同肉碎，增加左層次感。

另一個我哋就叫做比較classic嘅蕃茄芝士味。

同朋友交換左一人一半，試吓唔同味，兩隻味都好好食，而且Pizza都會配辣椒碎，加埋落個Pizza度增加香味同辣度，正！

I came here once four years ago and I have remembered their pizzas ever since. I came again a couple weeks ago and it was just as good as I remembered. The personal pizza is warm and fresh, with clean ingredients. You fill up without feeling gross after, but definitely wishing you had more pizza left!

Happy July Fourth近日社會氣氛緊張，心急局面點樣變好之餘，多元化嘅香港勝在能夠和而不同。

7月其實係好幾個國家嘅國慶日:例如加拿大、美國同法國等。

今日7月4日係美國獨立紀念日(Independence Day),心思思想lunchtime食啲唔同啲嘅。

朋友之前點名讃過Liberty Exchange 嘅pizza,所以我哋就每人order一個pizza(pollo loco, tombstone),另外加個飲品。

等左3/4分鐘，終於有得食！Pollo loco 有雞肉、蕃茄、芝士同蕃茄汁底。

一手拎起邊位以為腍左，原來食落去仲係脆嘅！而餅身chewy，同醬汁芝士厚度成1:1:1，非常平均。

而雞肉就佈満整個pizza上，非常飽，又好味😉另外一個tombstone, 有好多材料，有肉丸嘅肉、辣肉腸、菇丶芝士同茄醬，非常之澎湃！而各方面都好平衡。

另外值得一讃嘅係side dish chilli flakes and picked chilli, 伴上pizza非常好味，夠辣同令pizza芝士香味更突出！一定會再食過，絕對推介!#おすすめピザ

Got sudden cravings for pizza today so headed over the Exchange Square for pizza at Liberty. Tucked at the side of the bar / restaurant is Liberty’s pizza take out area with a huge brick oven. For lunch there’s about 12 choices of pizza ranging from $85$95 for a personal size that might be enough for 2 if both persons have smaller appetites.You can also customize your own pizza.The “White Boy” was my choice today: pancetta, mushrooms and a lot of cheese! Toppings were plentiful and pancetta works great as a pizza topping. Crust was nicely and thin but strong enough to hold the toppings without getting soggy or limpy.Most important of all, pizza is freshly baked and it’s hard to go wrong with that.Liberty has become my goto place for my pizza cravings.

要喺香港搵用石焗爐即烤嘅pizza都真係幾難🔥中環呢間近ifc嘅算係幾高水準👍🏻雖然不設堂食 而且價錢唔平 但係款式都有七八款 而且仲有濃湯添Lunch多數係整定再加熱 夜晚就即叫即整不過加熱之後都好好味 辣肉腸唔會好乾 肉丸仲好juicy🤩! 岀爐之後仲可以加芝士同其他香料㗎我點嘅已經係personal size 但絕對可以兩個人share 真係好大份😂 啲staff知我拍片仲擺post比我影相添啊✌🏻
