The trattoria near Tai Kwun offers a hearty atmosphere with authentic Italian cuisine. A great place for casual dining and gathering.We ordered few dishes for sharing. Food serving was quite slow, sit back and relax 😌Started with the classic Aperol Spritz with cucumber slices, perfect aperitif Try Burrata if you can’t stand the strong “smelly” cheese. The cow milk cheese is soft, creamy and buttery without any stinky smell. Pizza with smoked salmon, burrata and rocket. Not bad but a bit too greasy. Pasta of Al Dente texture, quite goodGnocchi is better than expected, well baked and perfectly covered by the rich and cheesy sauce, simple but good. Very filling, better to shareMedium cooked steak, it’s ok, not impressive Love the container of Tiramisu, feel so traditional and homemadeReasonably priced, worth a try!

Went there again for my birthday. Manager Gaia was always friendly.Appetizer was big Burata cheese and 24 months harm, 4 cheese gnocchi, seafood pasta and grilled beef tenderloin with roasted potatoes cherry tomatoes. End with wonderful tiramisu.Leave Home safety apps is mandatory.

We had an amazing lunch I couldn’t believe how reasonably priced it was. It was incredibly authentic, generous portion too. The set lunch came with a starter, main and a drink. The food quality was just nothing like Italian chains in HK. Friends and I enjoyed it so much, we are definitely going back! One thing whilst (the only) staff (owner?) was friendly but they were a little understaffed. The staff was clearly under some pressure as it was only her. Anyway didn’t affect her efficiency having said that!

Somehow I really miss the days when we can travel around Europe. My friends and I crave for Italian food especially the burrata! That’s why we were here! It was my first visit and I think the experience was quite good. The interior of the restaurant was cozy and the staff were quite friendly. There were 4 of us so we ordered a bottle of white. The odour and taste of wine was light but not quite balanced. The overall quality was acceptable. It was a bit overpriced with such quality though. Anyways we enjoyed drinking it.🔺Bottle of white $428🔺Coldcut platterThere were various types of hams, sausages and cheese. All of them were flavourful and rich. I especially like the Parma ham and olives!!🔺BurrataOur favourite dish of the night!! The Burrata was fresh and juicy. Even juicier with the light sourness brought by the fresh cherry tomatoes. The combo was delectable! Perfecto!🔺Pizza with cheese and Italian sausagesAverage quality... but the cheese was rich and chewy!The overall quality of food, environment and service of this restaurant was fair to good! My friends and I had a great time here. I would recommend this restaurant if you are a burratalover!

Causal Friday night with great vibes! Little Italian joint opposite to Tai Kwun, known for their huge cold cuts & cheese platter great value for money in my opinion. In the past they used to serve this one inch cheeseboard which they have now taken off the menu such a pity as it was perfect for a big group to share.... plus it was definitely IGable!Apart from cold cuts/ cheese, they also serve hot food such as pizza and pasta. Food is great and the portion is pretty big too, it’s a great place for people to hang out and relax. Wine options not very extensive but enough to get a few drinks in if you are not very picky on wine. Overall a pleasant visit. Big plus>> they do take reservation so make sure to reserve before you go to secure a spot!
