Loved this newly opened countrystyle bar Honkytonks Tavern, specialising in Nashville hot chicken and freestyle thincrust pizzas. The chicken & waffle was definitely the best one I have tried in Hong Kong the chicken was super crispy and juicy, but the waffle was the star amazingly fluffy. Just add HKD200 for the free flow with lovely lofi Aussie wine selections!
