Recommend by my colleague and found a chance finally with a pretty good deal. Have to cheer up a bit during the pandemic and hv to meet with my friend for her belated birthday treat. Service Excellent service and they will try their best to sort out such as my last minutes request on table next to the ceiling to floor window. My friend arrived pretty late but I recalled Donna and Romer came to me and check out if everything I need.Besides, it seems that their shooting skill has been trained 😜 the photos are excellent. Food and beverage Decent setting, healthy combination, it seems ingredients are fresh but there is a room for improvement on the sweetness.There are many variety of beverage and the rose beauty tea is a good choice. Atmosphere/environment Interior is fine with high ceiling and the temperature is just perfect. However, it’s raining hence I didn’t have a choice to check out the outdoor. Overallwill come back again

有friend介紹話呢間嘅Afternoon tea幾好味，就book咗同屋企人慶祝生日一齊食。

我哋總共有四個人所以分別叫咗兩個唔同嘅set一個係佢地平時既tea, 另一個係Botanical首先上嘅係兩款曲奇， 加四舊scone曲奇味道唔錯，scone 我見好似係有三款味，原味，蘋果肉桂，芝麻。

因為冇影到menu, 唔知有冇錯。

佢再配cream 同 果醬，但食落普通😢tea set 有2層既平時regular 果款Botanical 我主要食Botanical 果set, 基本上樣樣野都麻麻地好味，甜食嗰啲仲要勁甜。

😞😞而且一開始scone & cookies 份量太多，好快勁飽食唔哂。

好彩有用openrice 優惠，唔係真係有d 肉赤。

應該唔會再黎食。

值得一讚係d 人既服務態度既好。

但我一開始已經訂枱時提左有人生日，佢話會有個生日牌，但都冇咗件事😭😭

最近朋友話想去High Tea，所以今日就同佢嚟咗呢間五星級酒店 High 個靚 Tea 😝 酒店好多位置都裝修得幾靚，有啲長斜路位啱哂啲靚女影下相打下卡咁。

😝 依家用 Openrice 訂座有七折優惠，餐廳環境唔錯，用上落地大玻璃，空間感又大又舒適，Tea Set 有兩款比你揀，揀咗 “The Murray Afternoon Tea”，Tea Set 包了飲品每人一款，朋友叫咗桃茶，而我就叫咗桂花茶，桃茶香氣撲鼻，而桂花茶則比較清香。

Tea Set 未嚟之前，先上傳統的英式鬆餅，鬆餅都有好幾款，味道都唔錯，另外餐廳重提供果醬同奶油，醬汁配上鬆餅超滋味。

Tea Set 分咗兩層，上層以甜點為主，有朱古力抹茶蛋糕、銀箔開心果蛋糕、芒果奶凍等等，上層自己就最鐘意食芒果奶凍，芒果肉好甜，而且奶凍入口超嫩滑。

而下層以咸點為主，每樣食物都幾有特色同賣相精緻，有鵪鶉蛋糕點、煙三文魚三文治、黃瓜片魚子蛋糕、鮮嫩爽脆既蘆筍小食等等。

Before talking about the food, lucky to see the ancient tree standing in the Murray blossoming when I visited this place.The name of this tree is "節果決明". I visited the Murray way before it is opened, and the developer had spent quite a lot of money to preserve this tree under the revitalisation requirement.____After such a long period of time, I decided to book this place and take my family to come and enjoy the afternoon tea here.Booking was quite full and lucky that I booked it a week in advance.The afternoon tea starts at 3:00pm on weekends with 2 sessions, 1st session ends at 4:30 and the 2nd session ends at 6:30. However we finished our meals at 5sth which was also fine and without being requested to leave.We have ordered 2 Botanical afternoon tea sets and 1 Murray signature.640HKD for two with 10% service charge, we came here for 3, the extra one also cost 320HKD only.Unfortunately the food was only average, but the service was attentive and the environment was superb! It is great if you come along with children.

nice environment and friendly staffs.ordered hide and seek and you tummy will get very full. the highlight is foie gras terrine! the cookies are slightly sugary.the peach tea and rose beauty helps digestion. we took some photos in and outside as well. there are many people dining in there .apparently, covid 19 doesnt affect garden and loungee.
