一說到澳門美食，非豬扒包莫屬啦！雜食旅伴第一次去澳門時也指定要吃一下，換來的評價是很乾很一般等等。第二次我跟旅伴說我找到純素豬扒包，於是我們就衝著它找到了－紫來坊素食料理。位於「媽閣」附近，對面就是已介紹過的「尚膳蔬食料理」，店面不大，感覺有點像我爺爺那年代的西餐廳，餐飲偏向「碟頭飯」！這是我第一次嚐純素版豬扒包（HKD25），「豬扒」很嫩，不會很乾，口感不錯，感覺有用心在做（這是雜食旅伴的評價），而我也非常認同喔～Pork Chop Bun is the must try snack in Macau! My omnivorous travel companion also designated to have one when we first went to Macau. The evaluation was very dry and very general. The second time I told my travel companion that I found a vegan pork chop bun, so we were excited to have one at Harmony Village Vegetarian.Located near the "AMa Temple", "Restaurane Casa Verde" is just at the opposite side which has been introduced in my previous post. The restaurant is not big. It feels a bit like the western restaurant of my grandfather's time.This is the first time I have tasted the vegan version of the pork chop bun (HKD25). The "pork chop" is very juicy, tastes good, feels like the chef is putting a lot of effort making it (this is the evaluation of my omnivorous travel companion), and I completely agree~
