Every day, I walk past this shop, I am familiar with it while also not. I didn't try the products from it before. And one day we found it was a nice idea to buy the Chestnut Cake with Sugar Cane for celebrating the Chinese New Year. Looks healthy and tasty! We also bought a bottle of sugar cane juice. Natural sweet, a nice choice if you don't want to drink water The cake was quite nice, moderate sweet and springy. You can see cearly of the water chestnut. The texture of cake was special because of the crispness of it. This would be a nice cake for those elderly who don't like western cakesAlso a healthy choice for children as well!

終於不用到上環便可以吃到了！蔗汁非常濃郁，喝下一口，有種清涼感覺。
蔗汁糕雖然不及蔗汁那麼濃味，但吃後，喉嚨舒服得很。
在繁忙的都市裡，停下來喝一口蔗汁，吃一口蔗汁糕，令人舒一口氣。

燒賣魚蛋吃厭了，搞搞新嘗試👅轉角遇到公利，萌起食蔗汁糕的念頭。
這分店不像中環總店，沒有live表演搾蔗汁，座位亦只有兩三個，主打做外賣。
與中環店一樣，蔗汁糕味道清甜，質地軟熟。

那天，我路經灣仔莊士敦道，當時有點肚餓，醒起灣仔有間 <公利>， 食一點健康小食也好吧！於是，我走入店子，找個位坐下來，恰巧！店員阿姐卻忙著弄製蔗汁糕，還叫我等一等！看一看價目表，再對比一下兩年半前，初初幫襯灣仔 <公利> 的價目表，發現蔗汁糕及竹蔗水加了價，兩者只是加了 $1！升幅算少！蔗汁糕 $13由於，蔗汁糕弄好後，要放進雪櫃雪凍，入口冰涼清甜，彈性十足！水準依然！
