*In One Simple Sentence:*Good Pub for Sports events, bad for everything else*Insider Tip:*Avoid talking to the service personnel, just focus on the Sport, check the outside board to see when they plan to screen what event******************************Visiting Detailsrinks, 2 person, 300 HK$ eachService: 1/10Cuisine: WesternOutside Seating: NoServing Tab Water: NoWhat we really liked:The multiple screens, showing different sport events if broadcasted simultaneous And what not:The attitude of the service personnel is unacceptable******************************General:The Wheel is a Sports pub, very typical, with British interior, and the same old characters inside as you would expect them to be. It's located in the middle of Soho, and very conveniently directly next to the midlevels escalator (get off at Subways).It is one of the few places in Hong Kong that shows multiple sport events at the same time. usually I have to decide, British Open or Formula 1, Premier League or Rugby. The Wheel has multiple TVs and shows different events on each of them (if required). The food looked ok, solid bar food and some British selections (Fish And Ships etc).Drinks are priced normal for this part of the town, but don't expect any wine or champagne recommendations, beer is probably the one thing you should go with here.Service:Usually we don't dedicate a whole section only for the service, but we really felt like we have to warn you chaps out there, as we made some very unpleasant experiences here (over the course of multiple visits). The service is extremely pushy when it comes to ordering drinks or finishing them, this is a common problem in Hong Kong where the rental prices are so high, bars are relying on a high turn over rate of drinks per customer, but Bars out there listen: DONT take away your customers glasses when they are still filled DONT look down on me like I am some poor guest, when I dont order my next full pint, 5 seconds within finishing the last one DONT talk about your customers behind their back, yes even though you might speak in your local language, we still get the idea of your words DONT spill the drink on me, without saying sorry DONT be aggressive towards your clients in ANY way (and this is a big problem here, especially the bartenders seem to mistake their job with some kind of local UFC warm up session)So yes, as much as we don't like to write negative comments, until "The Wheels" management does something about their service personnel's attitude we cant recommend anyone to drop by there.Please note, we are very well aware of bars requirements to make money, and its absolutely ok to not serve free water or ask if you want to order another drink, once you emptied your glass. But do it with style, you want us to stay, spend more money, and drink more, not end up writing these kind of reviews, right?

I love Soccer, so no question you will find me in a sports bar during the Euro 2012 90% of the evenings. Yesterday me and a group of 5 friends ended up at the wheel, which looked like a good place to watch the Italy Spain game, however it all turned sour soon after we had ordered the first drinks.While we had at least 10 beer on our tab already (total), I asked for a cup of hot water to go with mine (suffering from bad cough these days). The guy behind the bar (dark hair, glasses, small) laughed at me and disgustedly told us, that there is no hot water served by him (on a side note, they have teas and coffees on their menu O_o). The guy continued to be extremely sour and swore at us in his language, the next two beers we ordered were spilled all over the table by him, he didnt care at all. When asking for a tissue his response was "Go get it yourself". During the night we ran out of small bills so now it was my turn and i had to pay with my 500Hk$ note, his next reaction was to scold us that he's not accepting 500s (pared with further swearing). That was after we had already ordered quite a bit, so, well, not really expected. Now we asked him why he would be so grumpy and that we just want to enjoy the game and that its not good to treat his clients like that... his immediate reaction was to threaten us, the exact words "Just tell me if you have a problem with me and we go outside.." Now me and my friends were stunned. There wasnt any aggression involved at all and all of us were still trying to just enjoy the (good) game.. so we finished our drinks and left during the half time, by then we were a group of 8 people, talking of "driving the business" his managers should maybe review if he's the right guy for that job, customer satisfaction 0%.

遇著頂氣事，不太如意，平衡不到情緒，坐在位子上越想越氣。

索性放下工作，出外喝一杯，調整好心情再算。

連飲酒也找不到伴，沒有所謂，就一人獨飲。

來了這裡，因為這裡人少少的，亦有兩部液晶體大電視在播著體育節目，都可以坐上好一陣子。

這裡的歡樂時光﹝hh﹞，但不是買一送一又或是便宜一點的優惠，而是在某些飲品中便宜一點的價錢。

是日的hh之選是一款雞尾酒，不太合口味，就轉番去看生啤的選擇。

生啤三款，但卻另有意大利氣酒Novus的Prosecco可選擇，就要了一杯來消消氣。

氣酒也是即拉出來的，夠氣又夠冰凍，喝起來乾身，帶果香而不甜。

氣泡豐富，很爽口，是在炎夏悶熱晚上的最佳清涼劑。

看了半場重播的歐洲國家杯賽事，喝了兩杯，已經差不多忘記了個多小時前，為何會這麼不快。

埋單72蚊，都幾抵飲，定係已。
