Always wanted to try MO Bar brunch but somehow SOMM and Amber always had one promotion or another so I was finally able to come today.We chose the Belvedere Brunch(598) and got to try Moet and Chandon Champagne as well as 4 different types of cocktails.The Islander's Cup definitely looked cute but my favorite would be the Mango Mania. Umi however was a bit strong for me so please reconsider before ordering it.To match their seafood theme, the appetizers were served on a boat. My favorite was the oyster especially with the apple granite on top.The other appetizers were served together as well. I think the table was meant for just 2 people yet since there were 3 of us , the table was a bit crowded when everything was served, on top of the glasses of wine. I think a better way would be first either to serve the bread and the tuna tartare and Tasmanian salmon first before serving the appetizers on the boat, or vice versa.All 3 of us ordered the steak and it was a perfect medium rare. The bread in the dish was not as crunchy as I hoped but with the sauce it was still good. However, one problem of the dish was the temperature was just right when served yet it cooled down quite quickly even for a person like me who eats pretty fast. Maybe they have to warm up the plate/bowl a bit as well to prevent it from cooling down too quickly.The bowls of the sides however, were likely warmed up so even by the end, the sides were still warm and tasty.Dessert was totally amazing. It was my favorite berry theme. All the desserts were on the tart side yet they added some elements (meringue, pistachio, chocolate) to balance it out. The servers were all polite and friendly. They even introduced their next theme which would be Floral(I guess matching Spring). Looking forward to try their Vintage Brunch.Despite 1 or 2 finer points, overall for this price to enjoy such a great brunch, it was definitely a great one.

3Course Menu ($368).Starter：Prawn & Squid Salad雖然我今日個target係海南雞飯，但係呢個salad好好食，泰國feel，蝦，魷魚同菜比例好好，又好多花生碎&脆脆，層次多又香口，dressing好light，推介👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻.Main course: 海南雞飯轉左我最愛嘅雞脾😍😍，雞髀非常嫩滑，醬料方面有甜豉油，薑蓉，辣醬，建議大家試試辣醬，一粒粒辣椒，又辣又香；雞油飯好好食，好香，飯比一般雞油飯深色，應該落咗少少醬油齊住，雖然肥，真係好食，我成碗食晒；雞湯有杞子，龍眼肉，好似有少少藥材.Dessert: Vanilla IceCream食完個飯都真係好飽，甜品又係第二個胃，雲呢拿雪糕係正.食物質素好，唯一唔太滿意就係張枱真係好細(x3)，一路食一路驚成碗飯會倒落黎😹😹，分數：8/10

環境：挺好！服務：很好！食物，309/元午餐：#前菜：３選１，點了Prawn & squid salad，材料豐富，蝦、魷魚、炸魚乾、合桃肉、多種蔬菜，醬汁有魚露和椰糖，很有泰式風味！對我的胃口！#主食：３選１，點了海南雞飯，聽說是城中數一數二的海南雞飯，味道確實讚！雞肉去骨，吃起來方便，肉質很嫩很入味，３種調料也不用沾；配的油飯有份甘香，清湯起很好的點睛作用，完美的組合！#甜品：３選１，點了甘薯芝士餅，配新鮮士多啤梨，好味！吃得很飽！當天晚餐也吃不下！
Belvedere Brunch ($598 pp) 🍷free flow 1.5小時champaign 各種cocktail mocktail 選擇都幾多🤤今期走春日田園風，所以starter都偏健康，多有機蔬菜同superfood StarterRed and white quinoa salad🐟Homemade Tasmanian salmon gravlax （三文魚出奇地醃製得好好） 🫒Crispy green asparagus （炸露筍配黑松露醬真係無得輸😈） 🥗Lobster and smoked duck breast salad 🍅Avocado and tomato tartlets Main course 🦀️Spider crab linguini🥩Brandt prime sirloin steak （終於有人控制倒真正嘅medium rare，肉質好嫩冇筋） 🦞Lobster eggs Benedict (飽得濟所以冇食到，不過睇落ok嘅哈哈哈哈😂） Dessert 一大盤有多款選擇，但整體超級甜同埋唔係特別出色，唔好有咩期望💁♀️💁♀️想飲番夠本都係唔錯嘅選擇，成餐又飲又食左成4⃣️個鐘，人唔多可以慢慢chill，不過略嫌檯面有啲細，唔夠位擺食物，同埋冇景睇
So this was from quite some time ago, just never had the time to write a review. Now I finally hv time so here we go! The afternoon tea set we ordered was $6xx per person, I prefer savory over sweet, my friend is the opposite, and frankly we don’t rmb eating one dish that we like or felt it was good! How disappointed! However I like the decor and service there, it would be nice to hv a drink there.
