I want to make clear that pavlovas are not a French dessert... so the shop really made me worried that they had merengue pretending to be a pavlova.To be clear this is a true ANZ dessert and is widely eaten by locals in Australia and New Zealand. Surprisingly they do make a decent pavlova with some interesting flavours like milk tea.Once you get over the fact that they didn’t really want to pay homage to the kiwi/Aussie culture, it’s a decent dessert to remind you of home! Nice presentation and quite tasty! Price is reasonable but not great if you’re looking for a full cake.
